Nice, clean and cozy property.

No proper common restaurant or dining room for guests. The one they had was very small. Also the location it’s bang opposite to Malad station which is very congested and moving out from there is quite hectic. But the advantage was you have everything within your reach.

Good room ambience and bathroom.

The parking and the location are the worst. Even though I put my credit card to the booking, they asked for cash and I don’t know why I wasn’t charged on my credit card. I hated this.

1) It was not value for money2) There was a small place overlooking the room with the AC there. It was extremely dirty, 3) The towels were smelly as well.

The Hotel situated on the main road near the market. The staff of the hotel are very courteous and polite. Rooms are very neat, clean and furnished with all the modern accessories. Highly recommended option if you are planning to stay in Malad area

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. Excellent property with great amenities and perfect to enjoy with family and friends. I highly recommend this hotel for everyone to visit.

1. The fact that for three days in a row they alleged that credit card machine was not working, so that I had to pay cash. 2. They charged for one day’s breakfast when it was stated that breakfast was included. 3. WiFi never worked in my bedroom 4. The location was terrible.

Excellent service. The hotel location is very convenient and is just outside of Malad station (West). It is a perfect hotel fo any corporate traveler as connectivity to all hubs is good. The cost is justified by the amenities and rooms the property provides. I shall definitely stay here in future.

The hotel restaurant is great which serves vegetarian meals. This is a prefect stopover for any corporate traveller as well for family.

No windows in all the rooms, dirty water from the sink, cigarette smoke smelling in the rooms.Very noisy.

I didn't like anything about the hotel. the photographs on the portal were deceptive.

The location was not good atall. it was not peaceful. structure of the hotel was very bad as well as cleanliness of the room was not maintained atall. Dust was everywhere. It looked like more of a Lodge and not a Hotel. It didn't have any place for breakfast. The breakfast was served in packets and that also cold.

Staff were very helpful and friendly.

The room and bathroom a were not clean and did not look anything like the pictures.
