It's very well located, has a good restaurant, and is quite comfortable.

The booking payment process is incredibly cumbersome. The staff lost my payment details and kept asking me for the receipts multiple times, even after I checked out. The handling was unprofessional.

Breakfast was good with mostly south Indian dishes. The rooms are cleaned timely and the staff are friendly and helpful. The premises are clean

High Grade Hotel in Grant Road Area

Shower not working properly

Although the hotel's location is not convenient, it is close to all services.

Room access card must be activated daily.The Wi-Fi system is complex and requires activation by employees.Hot water for showering is available only in the morning.

Cleanliness and the management even staff are very friendly specially in grant road location

They need to increase few more staff so they can serve the guest in proper time rest all are good

Everything was perfect; the only area for improvement is the breakfast items.

I booked a room for two adults, but I was surprised to learn that the reservation was actually for one person, resulting in an additional charge of $250.

Close to hospitals

Building is very old. Photos of the room and bathroom looks like it was taken very long time ago when comparing the the actual room we received. There was a funny smell in the hallways and elevators. Very limited options for food at buffet.

Very new and clean hotel. Staff was very polite and helpful. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was OK - only Indian food though.

This was a nice clean Hotel in a rough area of Mumbai. The staff were very good. Everything was available when asked. The breakfast was mainly local food which was fine. I just kept to fruit and drinks. The room always had plenty of water to drink and clean your teeth. The shower was excellent.

Room could have done with an extra chair.

The facilities were all function and had a very nice breakfast buffet and the location was accessible for my activities with good security.

There room a very little natural light and no view. The front desk staff were rude to unhelpful.

Overpriced.

The room was dirty, with non-functional lights and a strong smell of smoke. There was a worn-out chair, the air conditioner was full of dust, and the curtains were falling. We had to request a room change multiple times because it was unclean and improperly prepared for our arrival. The area is very shady, and it feels unsafe to step in and out of the hotel. The hotel staff refused to give us cutlery too.

The room size was good and the facilities in the room were perfect. The staff were excellent.

Breakfast was reasonable but not worth the money. No other facilities like gym.
