Food was good

Room size was small.. beds not comfortable. I booked executive room but was more like an average room. Not meeting up to the standards, on how much they charge.

Not even basic facilities, no wardrobe in rooms, too small rooms, strange room locations, no room clearance even after call to housekeeping

Very Average Stay

Room Size, Bed Size, Celing height is too low, they don't even have hair dryer in room, Towels are very bad, if you are booking this property, carry your own towels.

The location of hotel is good. Food was good and tasty.

however, the room was very small..Also the furnishing and finishing of room was below average for the class and price of stay. This should be improved..

I spent only 2 days at the Apex Hotel and did not want to leave this homely, cozy hotel: friendly and responsible staff, delicious food, service in the restaurant, price. I recommend this wonderful hotel to everyone.

All charges very high charges colcted no drinking water very bad service

The staff was friendly. The location wasn't to far from the airport. The check-in process was also fast and easy. The French fries were also really good. I'm really trying hard for compliments.

The photo on booking.com didn't match my room. My room was super small to the point I had to put my suitcases on the bed because they wouldn't open if they were placed on the floor. For $25 more, I could have stayed at the Holiday Inn and had a huge room that also included a sofa and table. The hot water in the shower didn't work. The only window in the room had a screen not glass and being on the first floor, I heard foot traffic, conversations and fireworks throughout the day.

Staff is rude , and even we only stay there for 3-4 hours and not asking extra bed , they charged us for 3 person instead of 2 , and we request them they talk rudely

Well the room was nice and clean with good amenity. It was great that they allowed early check in which was subject to availability.

1. I was charged ₹1500+ taxes for early check in. Where I was already paying ₹4000 plus taxes . 2. The room which was provided was near to a school and it was so noisy, so could not get proper rest after checkin3. No complimentary water bottles and for two people there was only 1 ltr bottle . 4. They charged us for extra water though we paid extra for early checkin. 5. We requested for late check-out , which was again on chargeable basis. 6. The worst thing was that the receptionist at the time of checkout was rude and did not had a smile on her face. 7. And worst part is that when we request for the bill ,the lady denied and said will give when we come back to take out luggage, I kind a fell cheated here.. 8. Also there was only one dental kit for 2 people . Now doubt the rooms are good and clean except it needs paint touch up on the wall.

I didn’t like anything about this hotel.

Firstly, there is no similarity of rooms with the photos in booking.com. I believe all the photos are taken in wide angle. The rooms small. Specially the bathroom was so small and so uncomfortable. I don’t get that how this hotel has got such good reviews and stars. There is only one executive room. If you are alone it’s ok but with family it’s big no from me.Secondly, the behaviour of the employee. Oh my god!! other were tolerable but the woman in the front desk named Venessa, she just doesn’t know how to behave and deal with the guests. She was so rude and nervous as well. But the guy who stayed at night named Kishan, was very well behaved. The restaurant person was also very good.Thirdly, the location! Only good thing is the hotel is close to the airport. Otherwise everything was so far from the hotel.In a nutshell, it was a very very bad experience.

Did not have breakfast. Lunch was pretty good.

The restaurant area is a little too cramped.

The toilet could have been cleaner. And the reservation staff began follow-up 2 hours before check-in for the likelihood of cancellation or no-show. I found these calls a bit annoying, considering that one is at work.

It was just one night stay so according to that it was excellent, room size is Ok for a night stay. I would acknowledge cleanliness of room, wash rooms etc with minimum all required items.Staff was really excellent and restaurant quality is also very good for breakfast and dinner.I would recommend to stay for any guest planning to travel.

Room size could be little bigger but that for couple of nights i would not worry.

Reception manager and restaurant manager were amazing. Quality of food was good. Rooms still have Oyo logo.

Staff members had communication issue, I ordered food for 3 people in room, only two dinner plate was given without any cutlery, I called 3 times still no one showed up. They missed sending butter milk inorder with food it came very last and I could get it that butter milk was made in rush as salt and masala was missing from the butter milk. My rooms were breakfast included, how ever I was charged for coffee. Shower in room wasn't working (208) Since I had to take flight and reception was busy I did not bother to debate on it. Small things can make this hotel run much better way.

The staff was very helpful the food was very good the size of the room was very comfortable

Fair transactions and dealings.

Cleanliness and appearance of the room didn't meet my expectations. Room and bed were not made up properly. Toiletries were not kept or changed regularly.
