Hotel New Sarah Inn

Don’t go here!!! There is absolutely nothing positive to say about this “hotel”.

The entrance is the most dirty and shabby I have ever seen. The personel was rude, passive agressive and impolite. The room was also filthy beyond words, there was no hot water and the sheets on the bed where wet and torn.

The location is near to Andheri railway station and metro station , staff is polite , wifi was good , clean room , will visit again

Unethical practices by making me pay extra amount. Very hygenic

Rooms were not clean as shown on the website. Very poor staffing and arrogant too. Very unhygienic. Have to pay extra offline as they tried to do unethical practices and try to take advantage of my stay as I checked in late so they asked me to pay extra where i have to pay extra 1500rs/- over and above in cash. No complementary water bottle and for 20/- rs bottle they charged me 50/-rs as the staff replied saying it's too late and asked me go and get a water bottle from outside. Where they are responsible to keep stock of such amenities with them. Would expect an strict action against such hoteliers who makes it uneasy to stay in hotels.

Pathetic experience.Dont go with this Hotel.Hotel is like haunted house very old construction.I would recommend to remove this hotel from service list.There was a smell of dead mice in the room. It didn't take more than 15 minutes for my head to start hurting because of the odour.My request to change rooms was denied by the hotel staff and i was forced to stay with odour. As a result, I had left the hotel by midnight.Additionally i noticed that Night shift person was drunked.

They have the basic things like AC, TV, geysers. Staffs are helpful and prompt. For one night before you catch your flight the next day, it is a value for money. Don't expect too much though.

We ordered for food, it arrived in packages but hotel didn't have enough plates, forks and spoons. Payment had to be done in advance which should have been mentioned earlier so that travellers are prepared. Although there is a lift, for those who want to take stairs the stairs should be well maintained and lit up.

The location is very shady, the washroom was very small and there was noise coming from behind a door above the bathroom.Also, my booking showed as cancelled just before I checked out.

We did not have breakfast at Hotel. The Hotel will be in much better state ,as it is, presently in renovation work

The staff and specially the owner of the Hotel Mr. Abdul was a excellent person who help us a lot and very kind in nature.His younger brother also help us a lot, specially to book us UBER taxi and also a rickshaw to take us back to the airport ,as the time ( 6.00pm on 26/11) was extremely congested.( our return journey).So there is nothing that we didn't like. Everything was excellent and to be appreciated.We will always remember our stay at H

Good hotel stay, first i was scared about the place cuz it's new place for me and I don't know about the safety and security but I must say it's very good hotel and very co-operative staff are there.

The entrance of the hotel is look weird.

Amazing stay in Hotel New Sarah Inn Absolutely loved my stay. I had amazing experience start to end. Food was really amazing . Really comfortable stay there. Staff was really helpful in every way .I would highly recommend to my family and friends.
