Hotel Crystal Luxury Inn

Location was good but in the morning the drains were open and we could not go out from the building for 1 hour and had to jump the drained road.

Ac was not working, Landline was not working, Geyser was not working, At 12 am the hotel asked me to change the room and when I checked the other room the AC was not working there too. Very old furniture, the mattress was torn and I could feel the spring while sleeping.

Room was Good with all facilities. Very close to bandra. Nice hotel with helping staff.. had a nice stay

The location was awful on a busy, crowded, and dirty part of the city opposite the Jama Masjid. The building was old and yucky looking. The rooms were small and not welcoming. But the staff were nice. The young man, Mozamil, at the front desk was very nice and kind, and I stayed because of him.

Rat poop, cockroaches… never again!!!..mouldy pillows, shit stain towels, holes in the ceiling, strong cigarette smell…

Our booking was cancelled without any intimation to us either on telephone or through email. One of the reasons given was that we had not paid any amount towards the booking, even though we were supposed to pay on arrival.

I recently stayed at Crystal Luxury Inn in Bandra Mumbai, I stayed there for 2days and had worst experience of staying in hotel. I travel frequently with my family and friends and go for the budgeted hotel and I have stayed in many 3 star hotels. By far this was the worst experience ever. To begin with cleanliness of the hotel was a major concern. The hygiene was clearly compromised, with bedsheets that were not clean and visibly soiled. To make matters worse, the hotel had a significant cockroach problem, with these pests found all around the room, which was both alarming and unpleasant.The staff did not contribute positively to the experience either. They were not friendly or welcoming, which added to the overall negative impression of the place. Furthermore, the hotel felt completely deserted, with no other guests during my stay, which gave the entire place an unsettling, almost abandoned atmosphere. I was very uncomfortable staying there. Additionally, the hotel's location was a challenge. If you're arriving by cab or auto, there is no clear or proper entry point, which makes it difficult to navigate to the hotel. This lack of accessibility was frustrating, especially after a long day of travel.I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable or pleasant stay. The combination of poor hygiene, lack of hospitality, and inconvenient location made it a very disappointing experience.

Location, cleanliness and good staff

There’s no wow factor to write down.Kitchen next to the room where not satisfying when the door left open. Not clean.

"The perfect place from Tourist Area nad office work Very comfortable and warm room. Plenty of electric sockets to charge my devices and work with my laptop. Great TV and really excellent hot shower, so easy to use. Friendly staff and fantastic breakfasts. I love the Karelian pies. The hotel is very central within easy reach of shops, eating places tran, buses and the Central Station. I will certainly be back."

I did not stay at the hotel as it was dilapidated.

No proper parking area. My car was damaged by the ongoing construction in the building as well.

This place is absolutely awful, located near a highway, very loud, dirty, with a broken toilet. They said there was no card machine and only cash, but eventually produced one. Decor was poor and faded, and it looks nothing like the photos on Booking.com. There was some sort of oil refinery behind it and in the entrance piled up trash bags...

Rooms were in good condition except the lighting’s.
