Hotel Park View, Mumbai

The hotel restaurant is infested with rats crawling on floor and hanging from outdoor roof ceiling. The GM of the hotel raised questions about our identities and made a personal attacks on us. They are now trying to hide this by saying it had something to do with our id cards but I can assure you our id cards had nothing to do with it he was just trying to pry into our lives and make judgements about it making the rest of our stay extremely uncomfortable as he had made his staff constantly surveill us whenever we exited or entered the hotelTheir hotel cleanliness is non existent and the rooms corridors and main common areas were perpetually dirty. Overall the stay was extremely disappointing and i really want to demand a full refund for the grave inconvenience caused to us

The TV had full channel coverage. Wifi was good. Comfortable room.

Everything was satisfactory.

central location

staff and ambiences

Location was good with the metro a 5 min walk away. SStaff was courteous and prompt in addressing customer queries.

Request mentioned at the time of booking should be checked and ensured it is provided before the guest checks in. I have asked for park facing view which was confirmed and a double bed but was given a room without the view and had to get the room changed. Also, instead of a double bed, 2 single beds were put together.

The location was excellent. The park was a welcome site from our bedroom window. Bathroom facilities good.

The staff were attentive but we felt they over played being helpful so they would get a tip. 2 staff stood in our room for far too long making us uncomfortable.

Free tea+coffee premix in room, excellent location for shopping and to do things, 6 KM from Mahakali Buddhist Caves, very close to Andheri Train Station, Helpful staff.

Small room, photos not representative, no wifi at all, very small beds, overall lacking ambiance.

Love the vintage old school vibe of the rooms. Super clean and comfortable. Good staff plus excellent location.

Staff, facilities and Room was good.

Needs good smell and liquid soap for handwash

If I have to put something to like me was that the same day that I did the booking the hotel was available. The staff such reception as the kitchen was kind.

Everything did not like me. Honestly I taked this one becouse was an emergency and all other options was unavailable. But the hotel is being fixed, the lift did not work, I hope with the reparations looks like better but the instalations are old.

the location is quite good and easily communicable. the hotel also has its own vehicle for airport pick & drop, which is a plus when you need it at odd hours.

the cleanliness is not up to the mark and since it’s an old property it needs more maintenance, which is not followed.

Hotel location is good. It's close to the airport.

Poor service, poor room condition, poor facilities, uncomfortable bed, no toiletries, AC is in poor condition
