I DONT LIKE THE LOCATION AND THE AIR DIRECT ACESS TO THE HOTEL AS WELL AS THE RAILWAY LINE IS JUST NEAR TO THE BOUNDERY OF THE HOTEL

Location of this hotel is too close to Airport and all other popular attractions.

They tied up with nearby food restaurant but food was worst

The staff were okay answered well

The location is not so clean and I had a lot of bug bites which gave me allergies, I didn't confront them about this as I can't effort to move places which might also be in the same situation we were in.

The room was extremely dirty. Hair on the floor, bathroom was dirty, soap on the floor. Bed sheets were not clean.

One of the worst places to stay… none of the facilities shown on the website is available… worst cleanliness.. spitting all around… Hotel in a slum with worst possible things you can imagine..

It was silent inside room

.My first impression was bad. As when I booked it was showing amount without tax and they asked for tax amount. And when I said I forgot my card they asked me to go atm which is 20 mins walk when I reached there after one night journey and struggles to reach that location Then the AC leake in room..No food facility available

My recent 15-day stay was unfortunately quite disappointing. Upon arrival, I was tossed between two non-functional rooms - one with a broken AC and the other with weak WiFi. Throughout my stay, the AC remained broken, and to add to the discomfort, the shower and hand bidet in the washroom were also broken. Additionally, the TV didn't work. Overall, it was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. I hope they address these issues for future guests.

No tea, no breakfast, no meals ie no restaurant in the hotel or close to hotel. Nothing available on Sunday evening.

There's bed bugs who sucked our blood.It's next to railway line so train sound disturb you every minute

Overall bad. This is my last visit to such property.

Unclean, front desk staff behaviour, no proper arrangements for breakfast. No proper paid service, bathroom and fridge were also unclean. Towel also unclean, Many things. Overall it was worst I had seen.

Very costly for the poor quality

TV was not working. No drinking water, soap, towel etc provided. No restaurant in the hotel. Didn't serve or enqire even for tea

1. Blankets were not clean and the blankets were loaded with bad odour 2. loads and loads of cockroaches in the room 3. The blankets were not at all washed it was kept as it is from the previous check out and the staff denied to give us an alternative room

the flight pass by every minute which means a lot of noise, room were not clean and there were mosquitoes around the management needs to do a lot of work to maintain the hotel which is missing.
