Hotel Regal Enclave

Hotel room was not as expected in photos and also bad breakfast.

The staff is always willing to help in whatever situation you have.

The sorrounding area is sort of a public market with ALL the implication that means.

Breakfast was average mostly Indian food but we made do with what else was available. Staff are very welcoming and looked after us very well. Rooms clean and spacious.

Room service was disappointing often what we ordered was not available.

Hotel needs some updating in the rooms .but we overlooked and had a good stayBreakfast needs a little bit more for Europeans . Not 95% Asian. Even though I was born in India

Harsh, Maria and Verondra from reception desk very helpful and service oriented personalities. Harsh was superb, cool n exceptional. Other Facility staff Sudhir , Uma Shankar n Narayan very good service.Keep it up.

Nothing but Location, which is ok.

Good location

Power cuts which lasted almost 5 hours. Bathtub jacuzzi non-functional. We were given a half used toothpaste. AC needed maintenance as it was not cooling and was very noisy.

Loved the location .amazing staffBut room was lil stuffy.Will choose a better room next time

-Staff was very nice and kind -Location was good enough to move around-Room was big and spacious

-The pictures provided on Booking of the room is not accurate, it looks better on booking.-Breakfast was poor so we did not eat there-Room was a bit dirty -The AC was very loud

Their room service tasted really nice. The rooms were really cute and comfortable and we're cleaned really well. The staff were also very nice and very helpful.

They were doing some renovation so there was alot of noise close to my room. It made sleeping in impossible. The breakfast buffet did not have alot of variety for a foreigner. They majorly had Indian food

I stayed here for several days while visiting Mumbai. everyone from the front desk, housekeeping and room service were very professional and always available to assist. They all made my stay very comfortable. The location was also good as it was close to everything. There is also a general store across the street which is convenient if you need anything.

The staff was very diligent and attentive. In addition, meals were good with a breakfast buffet and omelets on request. Room service meals were also good and prepared quickly. Housekeeping did a nice job keeping my room clean with my unusual schedule. The front desk was fantastic handling any request quickly.

The room had some wall and ceiling damage. Some speckle and a coat of paint would make a huge difference in making the room more esthetically appealing.

The hotel is very well located, close to the Khar station and with many restaurants and bars around. The rooms and bathroom aside from humidity and wet walls are clean and nice. The staff was also nice and professional despite the poor building conditions.

The rooms had bad humidity and smell, and the walls were wet to the point of leaking. (Sww lobby & outside photos). Despite asking for a change of room, the second room had the same issue.It’s definitely not worth the high prices they charge for rooms, although this just shouldn’t be acceptable regardless of price.

Some of the walls had mold on them. I chose to stay and sleep on one side of the room as I was too tired to go through the hassle of changing the room.

- Friendly staff- Comfy beds- Clean rooms- Good breakfast- Fast and stable internet connection- For me, the location is good and practicalGot a nice, friendly welcome with a pot of tea and a juice on arrival at 4.00am - that was much appreciated!

I have a feeling that some guests do not respect the fact that the rooms are non-smoking (at least, accodring to the details on Booking.com). This is not the first time that there was a faint smell of cold smoke in the room at Regal Enclave (especially if the AC was off)

It was all great. Location and Room was awesome.

Breakfast- Variety could be more.
