Overall staff was friendly Mgt was good till last few days and check out attitude change

Everything g. I ordered top or high floor and quite location. I got bottom floor on a railway side noisy. Asked for non smoking room. I got a smoking room with g he odor, cigarette burns on the e tub and ashes on the bathroom shelf. You guys lied to us

Disco noise. Could not sleep till 3am as there was too much noise coming from disco. Don't recommend this hotel.

Reservation was canceled.Hotel offered smaller alternate room which was not good.Cleanliness was subpar. Roaches.

Room service was poor. Breakfast had less options.cramped reception waiting areaView in front of hotel and from outside the room window was not good - ongoing construction, motor garage. forgetful reception team - calling a day before to check if I was arriving a day before my booking. Then calling me 20 minutes after checking into the hotel to know when I will come to the hotel. activating room key for 1 day despite booking for another 3 days. Manual frisking at the entrance every time you return after a walk/errand.discouraged booking with 3rd parties like booking.com and encouraged direct bookings to avail the facility to add charges to the room tab. ended up paying after every room service order instead of adding charges to the room - reason third-party booking.Free upgrade option was mentioned in the booking.com booking. As per reception staff, the hotel was fully booked and nothing was available. Minutes later they upgraded another person's room. It seems booking.com is not preferable at this hotel.

Great location, just a short walk to the beach, though it was unfortunately closed after 8 PM. The area has plenty of good restaurants and bars, making it a convenient spot for dining and nightlife. Breakfast was satisfying and met expectations! Hotel is also located in a very safe neighborhood. We had no issues walking around the area at 2 in the night.

My check-in experience was frustrating due to overcrowding. Only one staff member was handling multiple check-ins simultaneously, leading to long wait times. Additionally, the staff seemed disorganized—when I provided my name, they immediately claimed there was no booking under it without properly checking their system. Later, it turned out my reservation was listed on a second page they had overlooked.The hotel also has a nightclub, R Adda, on the 6th floor, and unfortunately, my room was on the same side. The loud bass and music went on until 3:30 AM every night, making it difficult to sleep and significantly impacting my stay.

At the time of booking shown bathroom with tub but no bathtub at roomNo one picked the phone at 9 pm for water in room. Room service people say ask at 66 but no one picked the phone on 66 and reception also

Bathroom was choked. Room service took forever to be served. Staff was not so friendly. Loud music playing in the restaurant went till 2pm and disturbed my whole night. Pathetic experience. Won’t ever use this hotel again.

Position and restaurants

I Chose the place for the gym, but was anavailable. Nothing mentioned on the web site. First night I couldn‘t sleep because of the party they have in the club inside the hotel.

2 nightclubs on premise with no sound proofing of night club. Sound was so loud that my room was vibrating with the sound of the boom base. Could not get any sleep. Was moved 3 times . Would not recommend if you want to rest after a hard day. Great for late night party goers.

Nothing. Only good thing is , hotel located at Juhu. Rest all PATHETIC AND EXTREMELY BAD. Hotel front desk staff, particularly a guy : Mr. Dilshad is highly unprofessional and cheap character.

1. Ramee Guest line at Juhu is not at all a 5 Star or a 4 Star hotel. I will rate this property as a cheap 3 Star hotel. 2. Ramee Hotel staff is Rude, Unprofessional, Pathetic behavior, No Basic etiquette to deal with customers, never pick guest calls from room.3. Front office staff at Ramee hotel is rude, unskilled, Unprofessional, cheap. Mr. Dilshad at front office is a black spot on entire hotel brand. 4. Ramee Hotel Juhu seds you False emails that early check in is possible. Don't pay in advance. They will refuse early check in or even timely check in. If you are with family don't trust this hotel. 5. Ramee Hotel front staff like Dilshad will ensure to trouble you during your entire stay by no cooperation at all. House keeping never pick up the calls for water bottles or soap or towels. 6. Poor and Unhygienic rooms with no provision to keep hotel environment clean. Even the visiting crowd around is really really cheap and dicey.7. Bed sheets are unwashed and T.V. doesn't work in rooms. A.C. simply is out of order most of the times. Morning buffet breakfast is HIGHLY PATHETIC. No food options or fresh food served. No cups for badly made tea. Juice section serves bad tasting stuff. 8. Morning breakfast is a torture at Ramee. In house staff equally bad hence complementing front office staff as well. No one at hotel staff listens to guests nor they are interested to help guests. 9. Waiters or Housekeeping staff always asking for Tip and money. Man o man one word PATHETIC.

No complementary breakfast.

Pricing is too high. Till night 2 pm no one will be able to sleep for the sound.
