Hotel Bawa International Mumbai Airport

Room was cozy and extremely clean, service was kind. I like the great choice for breakfast, quick responses regarding food to room. Very clean, relatively quiet.

Nothing will never go back here

Room booked wasNot same. Manager made phone call to room at 3 am and work us up. Breakfast plates are removed from table before I could eat. Just name of hotel is international but staff behavior is below standard of even 1 star hotel

The manager has treated us unfairly (Male manager, Bawa hotel near the airport). It's unclear why he was appointed as the manager, considering he shows no respect for the guests. Acting like an owner and a millionaire. Also charged us for two rooms, even though there were no sleeping arrangements for two children once we had paid. You should be careful when dealing with this person.

It was next to the airport and really easy to get a cab. The employees were really nice too.

Very small room

You need to train your employees, that's my sincere advice.

The Manager was not busy but looked over busy, I think people like him are not happy with there jobs they must not be in front desk.

Overall the stay was really good. There was a variety of food items for breakfast, snacks and also or brunch. The staff was very courteous and helpful.

The fittings in bathroom was not up to the mark. The handwash dispenser was leaking and also there was no comb provided inside the bathroom. Hope the bathrooms are properly checked by the staff and changes done before any guests arrive

The location was great, and the hotel was clean with a good breakfast buffet every morning. The staff were helpful but service was slow.

The hotel was slow to respond to fix issues in our room - our fridge was leaking during our entire stay which was very annoying.

The rooms very small and interiors old. The shower was not good and water preasure was very low. Thermo knob was not working in shower

I booked this hotel 3 months in advance. I have already communicated to the hotel during booking process that I will be check-in very late evening and the hotel acknowledged my check-in time. Hotel asked full advance payment on the day of check-in around 11 am India time. They also said pay before 2:00 pm else reservation will be cancelled (effectively 3 hours time) . I was in the flight when payment request came in and I had no opportunity to pay. When I finally reached the hotel on the check-in day, they ask me to pay much higher rate as my reservation was cancelled. The hotel policy on booking.com does not say that i need to pay fully rate in advance before check-in. Also my card is already stored with Booking.com website, which hotel can used if I don't turn up rather than cancel my reservation. The hotel could have requested advance payment few days earlier and i could have settled it rather than last hour. Totally unfair practice. Avoid this hotel.

It was nice and close to the airport which is what we needed. Staff were very helpful and the meals were good.

Great hotel, clean and cozy, excellent food at the restaurant and room service.

We are a regular visitors for Bawa International, so it's always a good experience for us. Especially the renovation of dining area we liked so much. Now the dining is luxurious and food is also delicious. Hygiene is also well maintained.....

We had informed while checking in that we will be checking out early morning and will need help for securing a taxi to take us to T2 terminal. Unfortunately, we didn’t get that help. We had to secure on our own a taxi. This was very frustrating.

As we had advanced booking and paid one night fare and asked staff to let go in our room and come back to pay for rest of nights fare. But compelled to pay. That’s not good.

Great choice in breakfast. Staff are very polite and meet all your needs . Serve warm and fresh food. I wish we could stay more days. Now they have newly furnished breakfast area. All staff serve happily.

The in-room dining food was tasty, and the service was excellent. Additionally, Harish from the front office, who handled the cashier duties, ensured a swift and efficient checkout process. Despite my many displeasures with other aspects of my stay, the housekeeping and in-room dining services were truly commendable.

We were notified about a prepayment requirement before arriving at the hotel through the booking application, even though it was clearly stated as "pay at the property." Isn’t this contradictory? Additionally, the front office staff, particularly Karthik, displayed an unprofessional attitude. He falsely claimed that we had opted for a smoking room, which we did not, and mentioned that our room had been upgraded. This is my third time staying at this hotel, so I’m familiar with their process, and this was unnecessary misinformation.Furthermore, the hotel does not allow Swiggy or Zomato orders. What am I supposed to do if I’m hungry late at night or following a specific diet

This property has cancelled our booking before we got there. This happened third time in a raw. Despite our booking was confirmed.
