They do not Honir the bonuses offered while bookling. Eg. free whine bottle, fruit basket. etc.

We shouldn’t be asking for iron and ironing board and hair dryer. It should be in the room. Somebody was cooking on our floor and the smell looked like we are cooking in our room

Helpful and supportive staff

Nothing particular but I would recommend to have a drier in their washing machine it would help in the weather of Mumbai otherwise exceptional place to stay

Absolutely spotlessly clean ! Great staff the whole team were fantastic! The security staff were friendly and diligent! The porters were friendly! The reception staff were friendly and efficient! Anil a cleaner was so friendly and helpful. The fabulously well equipped gym staff were friendly and helpful! I have been a regular gym goer for 42 years and this was such a well equipped gym I would place in my top 3 ! For professional fitness fanatics / bodybuilders this is a great , great gym with sauna and steam room ! The pool is very nice and the pool staff are always at hand ! The room had a double jacuzzi bath nice rainfall shower! The double bed was pocket sprung and very comfortable! The kitchen and living room in the studio rooms was spacious and well equipped! There were3 flat screen tvs with international channels ! The airco was very good ! The restaurant had a varied buffet of delicious options plus they are happy to cook different breakfast options upon order - waffles pancakes fried/scrambled eggs etc… This is a great 4* hotel with very high standards! I already booked another 15 nights this time with my family, which speaks for itself !

The room was either very, very hot without the AC on or FREEZING with the AC on. There was no option to vary the temperature setting to suit us. I asked for an extra duvet for warmth and they didn't have any available. Easy problem to fix, buy more duvets.

Would stay there anytime, great ,9/10 ,nothing is 10/10.

Pool, gym, room ,restaurant, location

The stay was very pleasant, staff was very generous and I must say the food quality is too good at your residence. Spending time at this place was worth it.

Here's my only suggestion to you is that I found the size of the bathroom is too congested and to control wet & dry areas you need to add a separator.

Swimming pool

The room. Was stinky because of the AC it was contaminated which cause severe headache and breathing issues at night because it's smelly and not clean

Location was good, central to a lot of places.

The dining room didn’t have enough space for all the guests. We were walking around with our breakfast plates waiting for someone to finish so that we could sit down to eat. The food was also not hot, had gone cold. The jacuzzi could not be used in one of the rooms as the drain cover couldn’t be opened so the water could not drain out. The pull-out-bed was also super hard and hence could not be used at all.

Nothing likeable

Mosquitoes in the room. Hotel need refurbishment. Really old. Not value for moneyPlace needs steam cleaning

The staff at the entrance of the hotel were really nice and helpful. The location is not bad, breakfasts were okay but if you need a coffee not from a pre-made dispenser, this is an extra charge.

We found somebody’s hair stuck in the middle of our jacuzzi, and even more hairs in the bed sheets. The door lock that stopped working completely, so we had to wait 5-10 min each time we wanted to get into our room (until somebody came and replaced it in our absence, leaving all the debris on the floor). Endless drilling next door (12th floor) over our last 2 days was the cherry on top.

Helpful staff

The room on 2nd floort was dirty had plumbing issues. Dirty towels were given to us overall not a great experience.

Staff were keen to help, location was ideal for us.

The smell from the room was like stale damp wet dog. After the 3rd room we accepted but the smell was still present. There was renovations going on so was a bit of a carry on getting settled.

False advertising that there was a pool. The price of the room was too high considering it didn’t have a pool. The receptionist assured me that I would get some refund but I haven’t heard from them.

Ramee Techome was my best stay in India !! Really clean property with very friendly staffs!! Special thanks to Taabish who’s helped us with our exhaustive sightseeing list in Mumbai with his friendly nature and to Bhavesh as well for being kind to us. Food from the restaurant was amazing and local markets were not far away!! Jacuzzi was perfect, I’d defo recommend !

The pool was closed, was a lil sad ?

When I got the room the bathroom was not cleans bedsheets had stains from previous guest. So many staff walking around in restaurant but no is making sure food is coming out. The entry security staff were great.

The location was good and the room size was also good.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely unacceptable from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were given a smoking room that reeked of cigarette smoke—completely unbearable and far from what we expected. When we requested an alternative, the only option was a room on a floor where noisy building work was taking place. This left us with an impossible choice: endure the stench of smoke or be subjected to relentless construction noise that made staying in the room during the day intolerable. Reluctantly, we chose the construction floor, but the lack of care or concern from the staff about this situation was shocking. They clearly didn’t understand, or care, how unacceptable this was. To make matters worse, the pool—the main reason we booked this hotel—was out of service, a fact we weren’t informed of beforehand. Overall, this stay was an absolute disaster, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very comfortable bed and apartment. Spacious. Good breakfast buffet.

Pool was closed. Some of the electrical plugs didn’t work, I had to take the kettle into the lounge room to use it. If you have a room on the train track side, it is noisy, but that didn’t actually bother us. Just something to be aware of if you don’t want noise. And overall just small things I needed to follow up and ask for meant it wasn’t a smooth experience. Felt more like long term apartment accommodation then a hotel.

The accommodation was clean with good facilities. Staff were also very friendly and helpful.
