Very good hotel in a nice locality. Rooms are clean most of the time. Staff are nice. The service is good but does not justify the star level.

I'm a regular here. They gave me a smoking room couple of times without getting my consent. They cannot assume that they can assign a smoking room by default. There room i got the last time had terrible smoke smell and the refused to change it right away.

Not value for money. Interiors are not that modern.

the amenities were up to the mark! they have taken care of the little things that definitely add up - the bed was very comfortable and I felt completely rested after waking up; the shower had the right amount of water pressure and the temp was great etc.

the staff was a bit lazy and wasn't as hospitable as one would expect from a property of this stature

Everything from booking to check-out was flawless. Before our stay, I corresponded with the team by email to arrange airport pickup and a spa treatment, and they were incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful. Everything ran smoothly, we were given a beautiful room, and the service throughout was exceptional. The spa was equally wonderful – my massage was fantastic, and the entire space felt calm, spotless, and truly relaxing. Thank you so much to the whole team!

Room was spacious

Very bad odor, they should change their air fresheners. Their breakfast is 99% local Indian food, no international breakfast, we couldn’t even eat.

Noisy rooms because of construction. No external views making it choking.

The room service, bed didn’t get new sheets, only just straightened & tucked again. Bathroom only got wiped with small hand towel, not properly sanitised.

Clean and tidy Nice staff

All the doors on the floor get slammed and there is no seal to avoid the slamming noise. You get disturbed whole night. Some weird loud motor pump started at the middle of night, which is not acceptable at all. Couldn’t sleep all night.

Very friendly, professional and helpful staff! Very good breakfast and great Panasian restaurant. Room was clean and comfortable.

Excellent variety for breakfast and Kitchen staff also made items specially for us. Wait staff also remembered my mums preferences and would serve her all that she liked, without her even asking! Thank you.

pool area was not accessible as mum had mobility issues. Room sizes are pretty small and location is on a very busy highway, so noisy.

Comfortable room. The restaurants serve amazing food. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, Pushkar was of great assistance in helping me resolve some minor issues.

There was a fire alarm in the early morning hours around 4am and there was no one to address the same and the situation stayed for around an hour
