Just that the place was clean.

Location, promise that there are rooms, but they are actually a room in a house, with shared bathrooms, and the promise was made for an individual room.

The place is clean and decently planned.

The management is still a novice. Booking.com is blamed for not showing the correct room segment in their site which leads to huge confusion at the front desk. This was a regular problem during our stay with many guests who came through booking.com Their extra bed charges are very high. This was felt.

The staff are super attentive and hospitable, and it's 5-10 mins from BKC which is convenient. The apartments are well equipped with amenities, and it's comfortable and spacious.

The bathroom floor did not dry, even after overnight. This needs to be solved. One of the lifts was not operational, which for a building with 9+ floors can create hassles.

A simple, yet clean and comfortable hotel with very reasonable rates. The rooms are very comfy provided you're occupying both rooms within 1 suite.

Information at booking that the suite will be shared with someone else. Breakfast choice.

Our stay at Z Bliss was quite pleasant. The rooms were clean and well maintained. We had booked a Deluxe Queen Room for 2 nights, and to our surprise, the setup was like a 2 BHK apartment with a hall, kitchen and two bedrooms.I had booked a room with a private bathroom, but later realised that the bathroom was located just opposite the room rather than inside. Thankfully, it was exclusively reserved for us, so it wasn’t an issue.The food, however, was not up to the mark. I really hope they work on improving the taste. The complimentary breakfast had very limited options as well.Room service was good, the rooms were clean, and the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful.The location can feel a bit crowded, but that’s quite common in Mumbai.Overall, a comfortable stay with room for improvement in the food section.

The private bathroom was not attached to the room.The food quality was not up to the mark.Very limited options in the complimentary breakfast.

The area where the hotel is located is very congested. I did not like the surroundings. Had taken my son in law and stayed in an apartment , 2 bedroom, I was feeling embarrassed.

Services and Food was great.

Room size was too small. Twin beds occupied the whole room.Also we were denied the late checkout option that we selected at a higher price.

My stay was very stress fullThey charged me extra just to check in 1 and half hour beforeAnd on 2nd day inspite of me giving them notice I will check in to 2bhk at 12 PM they keep my family including my 6 year old daughter waiting in lobby till 3.30Very unprofessional

We had made an online booking in which we had requested for early checking which was not accepted and we were given the room at 1 pm.

Good service apartment for stay. Staff very courteous and the rooms very clean and spacious

The approach into the property is not very good. The approach passes through very narrow and crowded lanes and also dirty

Helpful staff

Lack of hygiene in common areas as it is a residential complex. The rooms are in dire need of pest treatment.

Location was quite close to Jio convention center where my major work was. Overall a good, clean place to stay. Room service was an added bonus.

Location is shame, service is shame, they first promise to accommodate than they told me they cannot and only sharing apartments is available, unprofessional

Rooms were a decent size.

Blood stain on one of the quilt/doona covers. We had to get them replaced after check in. Toilets have stains on the seats. Breakfast provided was not the greatest.

The spaces are clean but be careful the rooms are in a two bedroom appartment so you’ll be sharing kitchen and living room with other people

When I booked a room there was no mention of the room being in an appartment with a shared space with another room. We were very disappointed to find this out on arrival. There were a lot of miscommunications with the staff, ringing our bell very early in the morning, telling us the other room in the appartment wasn’t booked, then saying someone was coming but no one showing up. We cut our visit short and stayed less days than planned
