Room is clean and not too small .comfortable enough for 6 people

Kitchen not available and no washing machine.

Good location very close to Santacruz station. Hostel was clean with friendly staff. Bit difficult to find but just ask people nearby they will guide you. Entrance is next to a restaurant. Located on third floor. Convenient transport to Bandra and Colaba and Juhu and airport. Good value.

The dormitory facility is amazing. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The stay for a college student during exams was peaceful and corporative.

I slept in dormitory. It is a clean place with AC little clean barhrum and kitchen. No living room or terrace. Near airport perfect to rest while waiting for flight or train

Facility was not clean, i struggled a lot with mosquitoes and left the property just in 2 hours. At reception somebody was constantly on mobile music which was disturbing.

Very good staff. Neat room and bathroom.Kitchen is available to make your meals. Very safe environment.

Central location near the bus and railway stations, convenient for the airport too. Modern, spacious and well appointed room with a proper divan bed, wardrobe, drawers, adjustable lighting ( a first!) efficient fan and Aircon. Complimentary toothbrushes, toothpaste and tissues were a nice touch. Good place to interact with other travellers, best accommodation we've had so far in India at a reasonable price. Great choice for independent travellers.

Reception desk.was often unattended. Other than that, all very good, would definitely recommend.

Toilets were dirty and there was no option to pay via card. Also, a lot of mosquitos at night.

If you plan to arrive late probably they probably lock you out because they put a lock in the main door and take ages for someone to let you get in

Scam!!!

Booked a stay and it was confirmed but then when I showed up they said that they weren't sure if I would show up so they sold the last bed to someone else. I was left all alone with no bed at 9pm and they offered to stay on the floor instead..They clearly care only about money and not anyone Shame on you

Location is perfect

Geyser and exhaust were not working in one room then we shifted to other room

The rooms have camera surveillance. Neat toilet and bathroom. Good kitchen facilities

I would like a common steam iron for clothing

The s rooms are available neat, safe with 24 hour cameras. The bath and toilet were super clean. It had a clean kitchen if you wanted to cook. It is 800m to the rail station. I toured very cheaply to Juhu, anderi,colabo, borivali. I went on safari to see tigers at sanjay Ghandi park. As a solo traveller you meet singles and couples. The place is filled with educated travellers from around the world in the shared dorms. It was the best way to connect to people if you love travelling or backpacking

I arrived at 5am from the international airport. It has no signboard. It was located above vihar restaurant near the santa cruz east railstation. Lucky it was morning. It took me 10 minutes to locate after I had disembarked the airport taxi. Overall the place is very good

Location is direct at railway station very comfortable, the dorms are cleaned every day, small kitchen available, guys of the reception really helpful with all kind of questions and offered many times free meals, mixed audience working Indians and foreign travellers, small but cozy feels as a big family, recommend to stay!

Neat and clean, both room and bathroom, hot water available all time.

Bit hard to find, but localization is very good, well comunicated.

You can't find accommodation much cheaper than this in Mumbai. The rooms was adequate, didn't look as good as in the photos. Very small place, the person on the front desk wasn't very helpful/friendly, but then I don't think he spoke very good English. Overall it fitted our purposes and I suppose we got what we paid for.
