There was not facility for fooding, cleaning....

Everything like it was very very dirty room....they were unable to provide the breakfast, tea and there is no one to listen. I would recommend everyone not to stay here

Location

The washroom is not clear, the shower is not working, Tv one side blur, hand wash is not available, only provide soup and towel complementary. Cleaning facilities are not available in the evening, and in washroom cloth stand is broken.

There was nothing likable about this property. The hotel is mostly used by bachelor's and the one night stand types. So horrible, me and my wife immediately cancelled the booking

cleanliness should have female staff, smoking should be strictly prohibited

The staff dont even know the meaning of Housekeeping,after telling them to clean 4 times the room was still miserable. Disgusting place. Do not visit

- Staff took extra charges during check in. Doubled the price shown in booking.com and customer care couldn't help.- Room was horrific in term of cleanliness. Mattresses had stains. The toilet was super dirty. Broken furniture.- There were insects roaming around the room

Worst hotel i have stay since my life , staff was very bad behaviour , they ignore guests , busy with own work , room was very bad , please do not stay in this property .

There is nothing to like. It's a worst hotel to live. I will never stay in this hotel again. Also recommend others not to stay in this hotel.

There are multiple things to write in hope booking and OYO make note of it and improve it. Other guest also have idea about it. Cleanliness - Along with room entire hotel was in mess. Floor, bed sheet, pillow and bed sheet everything was dirty, bathroom was extremely dirty, pillow and bed sheet have multiple holes, many cockroaches were there (attached pics) Facilities - Water was not available, Clean towel not there, Toilet flush was not working, AC dripping entire night (attached pics, entire floor has water), TV was not working, furniture was broken (attached pic), basic hotel facilities were not there Staff - I found they didn't have any interest doing work OR have any interest in attending the guest. I have informed above issues to staff they have no interest to work on it. Smoking smell was getting inside the room There was no ventilation in the room. They have attitude that if you want to stay then stay OR leave we don't care. I have lived there for a night as I have reached in hotel in late night after long journey and do not have much idea on availability of hotel in near by area. I do not have any word explain my frustration and worst experience with the OYO 43474 BLUE SKY Hotel. However, I will never book this hotel again and will not recommend other as well.

Matress not clean, bath room not clean, water taps are not functioning well, no hot water available, towel stand not fixed. Bathroom height is almost 12" above room floor.

Fraud - They will charge you extra money even when you go with booking.com bookings, even privileges were not provided. Reception is extremely unhelpful.
