staff was good

size of the room was small. The room was not dirty but also not that clean.

only i get a room

poor cleaning. no drinking water bottle provided. bed sheets was used bed sheet. no proper towels provided. lot of Noise from the fan. also noise from road disturb me whole night. they are not agree to provide GST bill.

Reception and cleaning staff were very helpful.

We travel for purpose of visit Mumbai and that is such a good place and location is just near by dadar railway station and we can't face any trouble to reach upto station and no need to book taxi for station and room was clean and good .bathrooms are lil bit small but we can adjust accordingly to prize ,staff are very politely responding and give the accommodation what we want .nice experience

It was okay, but if you are going to spend a night with family, better stay elsewhere

It wasn’t clean, they insisted on cash payment which is strange in today’s time.

Overall very bad experience

Haven’t received the room we booked through booking.com . Manager told me that room and not available and had to take 4 bedroom and they took charges of 1500 rs extra. Poor management and I don’t know how booking.com recommended this hotel. Fully frustrated

Don't ever boo from booking.com I was denied room even after intimating hotel about my arrival time,but was denied room at 11pm .we had to look for other rooms with a baby along with me

Breakfast was not given as it was not complimentary in that hotel, but initially it was mentioned breakfast is complimentary

I didn’t like anything about that hotel, it was a real bad experience. There was no hot water, the water they give for drinking was not at all good, room was too congested and it was not clean too and the staff were not friendly in fact they were rude.

they cancel my booking when I reached to hotel and at midnight they asked for extra charge by saying the room you booked is gone and we have more bigger room so you need to pay more.Horrible and pathetic staff

Location (Dadar) is premium.

There was no Geyser in bathroom. Hot water was provided by hotel staff from 1st floor om demand. Also room are too small.

Accommodation was for single instead of family
