When I emailed them about dropping off my backpack in the morning before checkin, they told me to leave it at train station which cost me 600yen. Turns out they had 4 large lockers outside, but a lot of other free ones inside the door with a deposit. I could easily have used one of them and not had to go back to the train station if they had willingly offered one when I asked by email.

Not a regular "capsule" but a room with a capsule-type bed (entry from the side). it is a nice (narrow) room, with full privacy, locks on both the room door and the inside locker. the receptionist was very helpful. Nice breakfast, a few minutes walk from the Tobu-Nikko train station. Great value. Overall Very recommended.

This is perfect for solo travellers. There is an onsen that is included in your stay. Make sure to check the hours that the bathroom and onsen are open in the book that is in your room. 100-yen coin lockers are available that can fit a carry-on-sized luggage well. Hot drinking water is available, and it is right across the street from a convenience store. Less than a 5-minute walk from the station. I highly recommend.

The hours that the showers and onsen are open are not 24/7, but honestly, I felt like the hours were reasonable.

Compact, clean, closed to train station, very clean, even small hotel but have all we need in our short stay, we have very nice stay.

The price is great for its facility. You can enjoy yourself in small indoor onsen. When the weather is so cold, onsen is the best. The room was good too because it has a key, so you can feel safe. It may not be soundproof because I can hear anyone open the door, but it was okay as long as everyone is not too noisy. This may depend on the guest that staying.

Great location. Just a short 3 minute walk from Tobu Nikko station. The room has everything you need for a short stay. Reception staff is very friendly and helpful.There is a convenience store just across the street.

Not really a complain as it is stated and shown clearly, but there is very little space to open your luggage, so I recommend to only pack small size luggage or bags, or you can use the coin lockers available within and just outside the hotel.

Good location and parking lot.

A bit expensive. If lower price we should be more staying. TV has only Japanese channels.

A return visit. Although the Japanese-style rooms are very cramped with 2 people, they are fine for the solo traveller. There's a handy gizmo which allows you to turn off the light without leaving your futon bed. Showers in the corridor were readily available. The wifi now works everywhere in the hotel, and extra lockers (100 yen) have been added between the outer and inner doors for use before check-in and after check-out. A lot of choice at breakfast time, and there's a coffee-machine which produces expresso, cappuccino, etc. Since you are supposed to eat in the breakfast room, there's an opportunity for interaction with fellow-travellers in the evening. Excellent location close to stations and bus-stops, opposite Family-Mart and close to supermarket.

I had a room. The ac was loud, no curtains on Windows And no table lamp - ceilinf light was really not agréable.

The wifi was only accessible inside the toilet. Couldn’t connect to it inside the room. Couldn’t even connect to it in the lobby.

I was given my own little room and the bed was comfortable. I found it quite practical that they had locker boxes in front of the hotel. Plus the staff were really friendly!

The walls are a bit thin but it is to be expected. The wifi wasn't the best but it still worked

On Monday, our breakfast was good, but consisted partially of the weekend leftovers. It's not a big deal, but compared to the rest of excellent parts, was a bit lower in quality.

I didn’t have much expectation because it was one of the cheapest options near the train station, but overall I’m very satisfied with my 2 night stay here. I stayed in the mixed capsule room, I was a bit nervous because I usually prefer female only, but the rooms/capsules have doors with lock, and I believe they try their best to put female together because the people I saw in my section were all female. Checking in and out was easy, they have luggage storage with lock between the two entrance doors. Very good location to explore all the amazing waterfalls and hiking trails Nikko has to offer. I highly recommend getting the discounted bus pass from tourist information in the train station for the yumoto onsen route. It will keep you occupied for 2 full days. Oh! Andy here is an elevator.

It's a great option for Nikko, close to the station- Tobu Nikko station. Our room has a little balcony which we really love. The bathhouse downstairs is a really nice bonus. During our stay I didn't see anyone else using it, had the whole bathhouse to myself.

All is well; perhaps something to hang towels in the bathroom. Washing machine costs 300 yen per load extra for dryer and if you wish to store your luggage after checking out it'll cost 100 yen per locker. we needed 2 locker each, one for our backpack one for our suitcase.

Good location.

Filthy. Kitchen and buffet area had old grime all over. Much dirt/dust on electrical cords in common areas. No a/c. Stuffy room. Only allowed one key. Soap dispensers. Broken or empty. Vending machine ate money.
