There was a power cut in the middle of the night for almost an hour, although thats not in their hands but at the minimum the customers would expect a power back up/DG in these situations

Room is ordinary. In there website they said NO CREDIT CARD NEEDEDWhen I re conform my booking they told me to pay. But they are not excepting CR card.It was very difficult for me to arrange payment as I was traveling. On site they say Breakfast rs 80When I ask for it they refuse . THERE IS NO TEAPOY TO KEEP OUR TEA CUP ALSO.I Didn't expect from Booking.com to keep such type of hotels on your list.

While booking rooms on booking.comIt is not clarified that 2 rooms are not adjusant/combined.Manager /Staff refused to give a partial refund i requested against the booking of 2 different rooms where we had opted for only 1 room since we came with kids...It was very disappointing ?.

Room was too small as I was travelling with my kid and I mentioned the same that I need room for 3 but they did not provided the same. Overall experience is good bathroom was clean lobby too no insects and property location is best. Food is avg staff is good.

Nice experience With hotel staff, and food was really good. Hotel have a 4 floor, but no matter. It was really good. Owner Mr. Yesh was very curties and polite. Really nice.
Room was good. In this summer season hotel have a good ac.. nice location for ashram road. Center of the heart. Lovely stay.
Staff especially Lalsing going the extra Mike to help us style early and also freshen up before keeping to the airport
