it is a good and conveniently located

check out time is at 11 am. Which is too early for international flyers, in which case flights are around at the late evening.

Good breakfast. Nicely arranged, though limited. Courteous behaviour. Good ambience.

Rooms are meant for 2 only. For 3 guests its definitely congested.

I could not stay since they gave me room to someone who paid them more.

I had made my reservation thru booking.com, however,, I was not given the room saying that the hotel is sold out even after my confirmation to them i will coming there. They had called me in advance confirming my arrival since it was "payment while check-in", However, they didnt follow it. Very unprofessional. I had to roam around in the city to find last minute options and had to compromise on the stay by going to some B grade hotel. I would not recommend to book this unless you are left with no options.

Breakfast Quality was good but more menu can be added .

Staff didnt ask if Auto taxi require from Stn or to Airport...Would be happy if staff ask and book it for customer on chargable basis..

Perfect location and restaurant. Staff are kind, always ready to help. Clean and tidy.

It was Calm even in busy Area. Staff was friendly and made me comfortable. I never felt I am alone.

room size and the bed proportions were to be little appropriate. I was alone hence could manage. otherwise, It is little cramped.News channels are must for business travels and that to in all major languages, do not focus just on local languages. They are must, however people come and stay from far away places so their preferences should also be appreciated. This is just for adding value.

I booked Hotel from 26th Jan 2023 to 29 Jan 2023 through Booking.com.On Reaching hotel I approached hotel reception and asked them that I was having confirmed booking,but the staff denied that have not received any booking confirmation.All the money which I had spent on Uber got wasted.I personally request all future travelers don’t book this hotel.They have tie up with booking.com , but they totally deny.Mark my words don’t stay here

they charged us upfront for booking and charged us full payment at checkout, still waiting for refund.

Nothing.. the hotel cancelled the booking with out any prior notice... Plus when we tried booking on the spot they had a new rule of the Id proof s should be of other city/state than which the hotel is already in..

The positives of this hotel are the central locations, ac cooling, ample car parking, courteous services and an excellent breakfast.

I stayed in room 205 which was quite small. On the evening after checking in, ordered an cheese omelette which had a lot of salt and instead of a cold Bournvita they served me a cold coffee.

Images of room on the booking.com site and actual room was different. Person booked hotel is treated as a revenue generator not a Guest

Room is very small/Cozy. Good for budget/economy stay only.

Bathrooms was very clean and proper.

Good and Helpful Staff. It was short stay could not explore much of the property but it was clean. overall experience was good. they have decent parking area for cars. decent size room and toilet not to big or small. good for short stay.

Worst hotel experience. As they arrange cheap quality room for online booking. Also tell us to compromise for Ac problem in room but to paid full with compromising the quality. Rude Manager with full of attitude as of online customer are staying free in hotel. Photos of room uploaded in website is just for show.
