Holiday Inn Express Ahmedabad Prahlad Nagar By IHG

The food was delicious and the kitchen staff was excellent.

Our room was tiny. With all the bags, we could not move inside the room easily without constantly moving bags around. The toilet water was running all the time. the shower door was loose so the water was coming out.

Staff in cafeteria was helpful.

Staff at front desk were not helpful especially one of the staff was rude and made us feel uncomfortable.

Helpful front desk staff, very good breakfast,excellent hospitality, both manager very helpful and vert clean rooms , excellent room service, very good staff and good customer service.

Every thing perfect, no complain whatsoever. There is nothing to complain about at the location

Proximity to major cross road. Easy to get Auto or cab. Uber location is easy to get to or find. Breakfast was very good with good variation each day. Catering manager and staff always welcoming and ready to assist your needs for comfort. Front desk staff was excellent . Had very goid interraction with Mahir and Manav from very 1 st day of arrival. They Addressed my minor to major concerns for my comfort immediately at all times. A rare experience at any IHG Hotels I have stayed update.

Total room area is too small for international travelers with 2 bags of 22 kg each + backpack and a Gand baggage. Get a lot cramps to move a round. Lobby waiting are was small with amount of guest visiting this property, specially at check in and check out times. But Starbucks on the property was a nice place to meet and greet. Staff at Starbucks was also very nice and efficient.

Outer space and it's in posh area of city.

As it's in posh area but hotel staff is taking all the guest for granted, not even responding properly and not even trying to make guest make comfortable.

The hotel was super clean and super comfortable. The staff is super nice, polite and helpful. Wonderful breakfast with indian and continental breakfast. Coffee of all types and chai!

Our room was a bit small but it was good for few days. Next time I will book a bigger room.

I arrived late night on the second day of my booking due to extensive flight cancellations in IndiaThey have charged me for the first day and canceled the reservation without notice, they told me that they do not have room and I need to go to another hotel!The staff we not neither helpful nor supportiveAfter at least half an hour dispute they finally gave me room which was too noisy

The bathroom... as it is not in a closed area and showering and getting dress was a little bit difficult if you are sharing the room with someone.

Property not an issue. Is with booking.com charges taken 5 star hotel, view showing of lake in booking.com. Wardrobe, ironing etc.On this price not worth for this stay.

The location of the hotel is excellent.The breakfast is quite good.

The room size is too small for two persons. It is fit only for one person. If two friends or co-workers are staying together, there is no privacy as the bathroom does not have a bolt or place to hang clothes.The toilet door does not properly fit it, leaving gaps for others to see. There is no closet for clothes and hardly any pegs to hang the clothes on.

Staff was accommodative, tried everything in their ability to satisfy but product was so bad that whatever staff could do it was impossible for them to satisfy.

This property should be never be IHG property. Stop fooling people with Holiday Inn name. Their room size and overall design is bad. I don't know how IHG approved this building as a Holiday Inn. NEVER STAY HERE...

Room is compact. Perfect for solo business travellers just wanting to spend a night.

Very crampy room. Uncomfortable for two person. No wardrobe.washroom had no space to hang clothes and commode was too small. Very horrible experience. A one person room was allowed to two person. Breakfast was worst

The location is quite good. The room was decent. It was my second stay at this property. Hence, I knew what to expect.

The breakfast was a huge letdown. It was going well till I tasted the breakfast. The South Indian spread was bad, and most of the rest of the items were below par.

Worst and Pathetic

Thir staff is not all proactive. Rooms are not tidey. Neither their wifi works. Usually it's full of mosquitos and sweepage problem. No source of entertainment. They have TV but no channels.

Location wise it is very feasible to move around

1. The structure of the room, the bathroom and the washroom were separated and small causing inconvenience, discomfort and awkward as I was sharing the room with another member.2. There were no holders for the toilets3. No space as a cupboard wasn't there to keep clothes4. Room is tooo small to keep luggage too

Location was good, quietness was good and domestic staff were amazing

One of the reception staff exaction us for almost 5000R for 2 hours early check in even though we showed him that we are checking out 12 hours before the official time heading to airport. The 1st staff was welling to do check in for free once our rooms are ready but when the other staff came he made us pay that much money for 2 hours

Food here is frozen and fresh is not prepared at the kitchen. Rooms are extremely small. Property is not value for money

Rooms too small. The linen that they used is old not soft towels or I didn't like the room. Rust in water taps bla bla... Bad experience. I lived in 0416 and I never wanted to go again
