Convenient location for airport. Reasonable price, clean hotel, excellent customer service. Nice food menu. A must stay for people who like nice and clean hotel. Excellent stay for NRIs/foreigners.. with or without family.. either way, it's a best choice.

Paid for extra bed but had to request so much to get it, paid for upgrade still got lower category small room, food at restaurant was horrible, requested non spicy food still served food with visible red chili powder, staff was acting like they didn’t know anything how to serve or host guests

Staff didn’t provided a good hospitality When I entered I told instructed by the bell boy to pick my own shoes he said he will not bring it for me Than no body accompanied me to show my room I have to find it on my own While asking the staff for places to have lunch He was very rude in giving directions

Chosen as close to airport and just needed one night stay, rooms well enough appointed and clean enough, ordered room service which arrived cold but still ok, would stay again if needed for transit

Pleasant and clean hotel near the airport with friendly and helpful staff. Walking distance to shops and a few restaurants.

They tried different varieties at breakfast..But promptness in serving not there.

Rodent in the room..2 nights had a very bad experience. Imagine paying 6k plus for a night and finding a rodent in the room in the wee of the night

Nice clean rooms and good location for airport transfers.

We were catching an early morning flight and had to wake up at about 3am. Unfortunately we couldn’t get any sleep as around midnight a group of people, most probably a family and friends arrived shouting and talking very loudly in the corridor and across their room for at least an hour and half and couple of times they banged very loudly on our room door.

Location of the hotel is excellent. The food is also good. Staff is quite nice and ready to help. Though the hotel is old but the level of comfort is enough to have an overnight stay. The best part of the hotel is the vicinity (closeness) with the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport of Ahmedabad.

The lift needs to have a glass door as the concept of closed of closed door is outdated.

Food and service were excellent. Location near to airport was importent to me. Staff were helpful. Value was excellent.

Excellent customer service. Reasonable price. Very comfortable stay. Best option if you are flying in and out of Ahmedabad airport. I highly recommend to sll local and NRIs.

Access , comfort, clean , good restaurant & good food choice

Food was excellent, room size was adequate, bathroom was clean. TV was not working but the young man changed the TV and the SF ilurion was excellent.

Proximity to airport

No amenities or restaurants in the vicinity… nothing! The rooms were not very clean.Compared to other indian hotels in this price-bracket it is the worst above.TV didn’t work.The electric jug was filthy and unusable.
