Staff was fantastic! Friendly with all of us, and so kind to my children. Room design was beautiful. Comfortable bed. Room service food was good. Laundry is done quickly within the day.

mugs were dusty upon arrival, but staff fixed it right away. The couch was stained and the wear-and-tear of the bathroom was noticeable. Calcium buildup on the sink and shower were not what I expected to see in a 5-star hotel.

Great hotel with excellent service. The staff are friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The breakfast selection is impressive, offering a wide range of choices to suit different tastes. The rooms are quiet and comfortable.

I booked a non-smoking room, but there was still a noticeable smell of tobacco coming through the central air-conditioning. The hotel staff responded promptly and moved us to another room the next day, which resolved the issue. However, the Wi-Fi was quite unstable. Even after signing up for the required account, the connection frequently dropped and was unreliable for both work and video streaming. Lastly, TV facility is not working properly for both room stayed.

The staff is non-cooperative. I reached in the morning and requested for early check-in. They agreed but asked for the full 1-night rent, which is unfair. Most hotels, based on availability, require a half-day rent or even allow free check-in.Do not arrive at this hotel before 2 pm.

Wifi never worked. Took 45 mins to check in. Keys didn’t work.

Staff was exceptional! Loved the hospitality.

Bathroom facilities, old fixtures and policies against liquor even with the correct permits. Need to accommodate citizens with permit and work on reforming their policies.

Property was clean. Staff was courteous. Room service was prompt. Location of the property is good.

I ordered a mushroom risotto and an aglio olio pasta for room service, which wasn’t good at all. Thai curry served on another day was nice. The room had a typical smell.

As you come our of the lift to the lobby of the room, it stinks due to carpet. Also, the rooms also stinks as if moisture is stuck in the room. Also, the health faucet location is also wrong in our room. Overall, as compared to other hotels, we found cleanliness not up to the mark.

The breakfast spread on all days of our stay was excellent. The location of the breakfast room / area could improve vastly. The staff's response was excellent and we were looked after well.

The comforter on one bed seemed a little much used and was kind of limp. The TV which did not work as the remote battery was dead, took 2 calls and more than an hour to get it attended to.

Receptionist Mr Rajesh was very helpful & cordial. He allotted us an upgraded room with partial city view. Bed was comfortable. House keeping was very prompt & professional. Buffet breakfast met the expectations.

Expected a more variety in Dinner buffet. It's not upto the 5 star level spread.

Excellent customer service. Arrived from us and wasn't feeling well. Hotel staff immediately called in-house doctor. Way above and beyond customer care.

Very loud music played near the front main reception.Could hear what checking in the receptionist was saying.

Room 6th floor was really bad, it smells like mold (AC probably) and I had exacerbation of my asthma. Thanks to the staff who changed my room. You're staff are all excellent.. I hope you just have varieties of food in breakfasts and not just same all the time. :) The Lobby area does not have AC :( its quite hot. at least put some fans.
