Waste of money worst hotel to stay

Everything dirty rooms and washrooms The hotel it self is a messy building Horrible experience staying there

Very rude staff and poor service overall. Rooms are dirty and smelly mostly of cigarettes.

The rooms were not clean. No tissue in the toilet. A lot of flies in the room. Not worth it.

There was nothing to like about this property. They offer terrible food in the restaurant, there are placed far from any other restaurants and they do not allow outside food. So if you stay here be ready to eat terrible food or STARVE...

The corridors were dirty and when asked the reception staff why it is so dirty? Deeksha (staff) replied - "We cannot be cleaning every hour" The attitude of the staff is appalling, They charged me more than what they chare for a Suite and gave me a small room in the corner where the aircon wasnt working. I asked the staff to fix the aircon as I will return late in the night which gave them time and they said it was fixed but had to stay in the room for all night without aircon working. They said its because there was a function going on in the hotel. So basically they only cared for the big ticket function and no one else mattered. The property is over priced for what it offers, I hope the officials visit as it wont even get 1 star for being a hotel.

Despite its designation as a four-star establishment, my experience at this hotel fell short of such acclaim. Having frequented numerous five and four-star accommodations, I can confidently assert that this establishment does not meet the elevated standards expected of such ratings. Several observations underscore this sentiment:- The uneven wooden panels in the flooring pose a notable safety hazard, potentially causing guests to trip and fall.- ⁠Visible damage, such as the broken wall in the bedroom, detracts from the overall aesthetic and quality of the accommodations.- ⁠Despite the advertised WiFi access throughout the premises, accessing the internet within our room proved challenging, necessitating relocation to the lobby for even marginal connectivity. This deficiency is particularly troublesome for travelers reliant on hotel WiFi for communication and business purposes.- ⁠Disruption from a nearby party infiltrated our room, compromising the tranquility expected in a premium lodging.- ⁠Additionally, the malfunctioning air conditioning unit exacerbated discomfort during our stay. Despite mentioning this to the hotel staff, they took a considerable amount of time to send someone to fix it. While I hesitate to accord this establishment a four-star rating, I would consider a more modest assessment of 2.5 to 3 stars relative to comparable accommodations.

Front desk said you will get less amount bill than actual payment and that type of bad experience. Bad smelling in the rooms, no toilet paper. Never recommend this hotel for stay.

Culture of hotel. Still i have not received the correct invoice with GST number, I was told that it will be emailed but still not received even after provinding all the details.

It's not a customer friendly hotel, F & B staff & service is good, the front office is handled by dumb staff & the management is just a joke, the room doesn't have a chair to sit, if u wana work sorry they won't let you

As the name suggests, it's nazis, it's like the owner thinks he is doing us a favor by allowing us to stay, The most uncomfortable room I saw in my carrier , they don't even have parking space, you have park your car on the road, The conclusion is it's a boarding hostel & nit a hotel & the management not hoteliers.

The rooms shown in photographs seems big but in actual they are very small. I had to pay extra to upgrade room. I paid extra for suite room but was not like suite room, bathroom with translucent glass was next to bed. The water pressure of shower was fluctuating. The door lock was not working properly, many time i have to go from second floor to reception get door key reconfigured.

Breakfast was in a pantry set up. This is a marriage hall and convention centre basically. Hotel is side business.

Room price they asking more than online. Room have smell and roaches so much.Have to tell them to clean properly and put some gel to avoid roaches army in room.Staff communication is very bad. One person name Mr Sachin is clueless person, have no idea what customer saying and requesting.

The room was clean and comfortable.

I couldn't use an international credit card, so I had to withdraw cash from a nearby ATM. It is very inconvenient for foreigners to use this hotel for business.

Card scanning issues occur many times but hotel staff helped well

Ac was not working and then remote was also not working , water tap was not getting closed , reception phone ws not working , was not able to make calls for room service , door once get locked was not getting opened , breakfast was not served hot and was also not upto mark , there was staff shortage also.

Nothing is like any more, staff is very bad, servise is cheap, some insects in room, floor tiles is crack my leg is injured, cattle ks not washable, remote key card is cheap, everything is bad it was my worst experience in my life

The location which is close to the airport, the checking staff was very friendly. The lobby area is clean and have good amount of seating while waiting for getting checked in.

The rooms at best are average. I could have found cheaper hotels at this price and the stay would be very similar. The only reason perhaps for the hotel to charge these prices could be the location which is pretty close to the airport.

Air conditioning broke twice. No internet despite free
