not same as photos.. very dirty and unhygienic room.. everywhere smoking and stains of tobacco even in washroom also.. no proper housekeeping or staff working.. very bed room?

Bad service, breakfast, dinner rupees charged but during stay of five days, hotel never offered a single cup of tea,worst condition rooms,fan never worked during my stay, Totally wastage of money

Basic amenities like water in the bathroom wasn't available. On requesting to hotel staff - their generic reply was to 'Cancel the booking'. On Cancelling the booking - got only 20% refund for staying in room for just 5 mins. Pathetic service!
Location are not good, room facilities are not provide, breakfast are included in booking time but not provide, Kanchan palace hotel owner said that oyo hotels portal not booking in future he said book in calls through direct kancan hotel
