The night shift staff member was notably impolite and dismissive. Despite calmly explaining the situation and presenting my booking confirmation as evidence, he repeatedly claimed the details were inaccurate and spoke in a confrontational, harsh manner.

Accessible location. Helped in early check in and also late check out.

Did not have breakfast but they allowed me early check-in without any questions and Hassles

Booked for a week ago but after visiting they said it isn't couple friendly at night we were searching for another hotel...Unfair for travelers

Nothing at all

Staff wasn't cooperative at all. All the things shown in the facility were not available at the property like iron kettle and other hospitality stuff. They were not picking up the calls at the late night when i was supposed to checkin and later they didn't give me the room they showed in the pictures during booking. When I asked for better room the hotel guy told me that he will cancel my booking if i am not satisfied at 4:00 AM so i had to accept whatever was available

Staff at Reception were supportive.

Taxi and driver arranged by Hotel staff at Reception cheated us by not showing all the discussed places while more than 2 hour's time was still with us out of agreed 8 hours time. Later no action was taken by the hotel management, this was frustrating.

Don't mistake to stay here

We reached the stay at 3 clock in the night. First of all location was very creepy. Staff was sleeping and the door of the hotel was closed. After knocking several times they opened it. And when they got to know that we are a couple, they didn't gave us the stay. They shut the gate in front of us in the middle of a night. Such a pathetic behaviour.

Good location , all shopping , eating points are nearby . Staff was very polite. Value for money.

The room, the bedsheet and the towel were spotless, clean. Nice room with space to put the stuff (shelves, table, chair). Nice and kind staff, very helpful. It was worth the money.

There were some cockroaches coming in the bathroom but it happens everywhere in India even at the best places. I had a spray with me.

The lift is very noisy, so avoid any room close to the lift.

The hotel staff is extemely helpful, although the hotel did not have any parking to accomodate our 20-seater tempo traveller, they sent 3 people to help retrieve the luggage and carry back to the hotel from a nearby lane. The room (221) itself was okay sized for the price. The service was extremely quick, we ordered tea and they were deliered within minutes. Continuous 24/7 supply of hot water in the bathroom. The Hotel is very near to Kalupur Railway station & 15-20 mins from the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel airport. Since we had a early morning check-out, they helped us clear the check-out formalities in the evening before. Overall a good stay!

The Bathroom of 221 had a translucent glass door, which can be a bit uncomfortable unless its a family. The bed sheets weren't changed and looked soiled, but were changed on request. The AC was non-functional, they tried fixing it but it did not work. There was a awful smell in the bathroom, also the taps and other sanitory accessories have a lot of grime accumulated over them. The room lacks proper ventilation. The area around the hotel is quite crowded with loads of traffic during daytime. We had to leave early morning 5AM for our flight and finding an Auto, Ola or Uber was quite a challenge.

Staff was cooperative

The location is very conjusted and rooms are untidy and old.

Fulll of smoke smell in the room when we entered... Had to look for alternatives immd considering we were with family

Toilet was dirty, rest of urine all over the toilet seat. Disgusting! The mattress is very hard.
