The service was terribleThe facilities were dirty and disgusting. The towels had holes in them and the bedding was stained and dirty. The bathroom had not been cleaned. I have photos to send you as i would not let anyone stay here.
Big clean room with marble floor in bathroom. Staff always friendly and all very willing to assist. Router replaced when WiFi not working.Buffet breakfast yummy - enjoyed the porridge and the omelettes.
Fridge only reaches about 18 degrees C so not viable to store fresh milk.

the phone was not working on the day of arrival and also on the next day. complaint on the next day was not attended to.i had given them the driving license for ID proof. this was not returned to me! And i had stayed for 2 nights . even if i have forgotten to ask for it, should not the reception team have returned it to me???

Check in was at 2. After a long flight we had to wait till 4.30pm because the room was not done, kept us shifting to different rooms until late.My wife being ill this was not expectable. When i asked for a discount after all this Hassel, the reception person told me that we don't do that. Everone avoid this hotel. I will not touch this hotel with a barge pole ?????

There is nothing there to be liked
The rooms are. Hygenic, bed bugs, toilet fittings are broken or not functioning properly. The breakfast was below average.Asked for a GST bill as the request was already made before booking through the app. But they denied it. Secondly on pursuing, they informed that the bill be emailed, but still not received.
Pathetic service especially by the receptionist. Too high of a price for a poor service standard. Rude behaviour, no proper water supply even, unhygienic kettle, no towels. Better skip it.

3-4star level facilities in roomI booked superior room, breakfast was included.Breakfast had good options, idli sambar, poha, saute veg, porridge, bread toast, utapam, thepla etc.We had foot massager, locker, fridge in room.I enjoyed the stay and pricing of 5800 for 2 rooms with tax was really a great deal with Genius 2 level discount.
Bathing space was a bit small but still ok.

The guy at the reception was crap. He was a nerd who was interested in knowing if my wife is seriously my wife.He was just interested in that fact. It was such a nightmare, he gave us the worst room possible because i created and issue because he was harassing us.

The location is the only ideal thing about this hotel
Flush was broken the first day, ac was broken but repaired, Shower is broken and there is no hot water. They charge extra money for a list key card which I've never seen before. When do not disturb light is on the staff tries to come in trying to clean the room. Pillows and bedsheets are all yellow and old. It was a bad experience staying here for 4 nights. I hope they change
