Ambience like horror movie set, most things broken, smelly corridors smelly rooms, AC in room were omitting just dust and cigrate smell. There paint peeling off the my room walls. ( 102) Lift was like about to fall no maintenance or service DoneWorst experience with restaurant. Quality of restaurant food is worst then street food. Room service asking extra money for even water List is still longer

On arrival hotel said "Your booking was cancelled". I showed live status at booking.com mentioned "Confirmed".Hotel said "we don't know, if you want you can pay cash with more price and only for 1 night, instead 2 nights, 2nd night we can't provide no rooms.My question is - what is going on? Hotel, what are you doing?Before arrival hotel tryed to ask me to pay in advance on 3rd party web site/whatsap.In my booking it was clearly mentioned - "payment on arrival".Worst hotel, don't book here.

Poha and tea was fresh and tastyRooms were clean and comfortable

The whole place was reeking of bug spray making breathing uncomfortable.

Location. It is wrongly projected as on Riverfront property. Its a kilometre away. Breakfast option was very basic.

breakfast spread was average. with limited choice. room size was good. but since the property is old so the rooms did not feel fresh. .

the front desk person on 13th evening milan thakker Or some similar name was adamant about the fact that your booking shows 1 person so if there is a second person you have to pay 700 more. when we said the booking. comon the day i booked as well as on 13th is showing 3818( price I had paid) for 2 ppl with breakfast. but he did not budge. then we even countered so for 1 person it is less then why did the hotel take 3818? he had no reply just a poor attitude. and all this after a 10 he car journey from the rann of kutchh. it was my first and last stay at treebo run hotels.

Foods were costly but didn't taste good. Breakfast was okish with very limited options

Property is good and at good location. Room was quite big.

Staff was not there. At great request they could bring a glass of water. No breakfast in the early morning at they provide it at the time. Though at request they could manage for toast bread and butter.

cleanliness, staff(Vishnu & rest of the staff), free morning breakfast, and location plus how quiet it was at night so could sleep well. They also gave awesome suggestions for Gujarati food! (Gopi Dining Hall?)p.s. Vishnu called to remind me about the complementary breakfast ending in 30 minutes so I don’t miss it! walkable distance to Agashiye ? (Heritage Gujarati Thali)

The internet connection was very weak or sometimes non-existent.Breakfast was too spicy for me, even though I asked for not spicy food.

Small but clean room with al the amenities necessary for a good stay. Tasty breakfast. Helpful staff

Location- in the heart of city. Walking distance from many shopping and tourist attractions. If you want to experience old and original Ahmedabad, this is perfect location.

It was nice place to stay, but lift needs renovation, food was good and staff was courteous

Avoid big time.

We arrived late at night. Showed my Booking reservation and the front desk said there is no reservation of us. But on Booking app, it still showed as “confirmed”. The hotel still said no and didn’t care to help whatsoever. Every questions we asked was replied with “no reservation”. Communication in English was almost nil as the only English words we got was that “no reservation”. We had to scramble to find another hotel to stay, which was very difficult being late at night. FYI: Don’t try to message the hotel beforehand either. Couple messages we asked the hotel prior to our arrival via Booking message function were never got respond from this hotel at all.

Amazing worth for money you pay!! Front desk staff is exceptional very respectful and helping nature even security guard is helpful hotel is clean well maintain

Staff is I'll mannered.. no flexibility. They do not entertain bookings made from other apps. Zero on hospitality. Treebo group should not register with apps like booking.com if they can't ensure smooth bookings.
