The worst Fairfield hotel I’ve ever seen. The rooms are outdated, the plumbing is terrible, and the air conditioner is leaking and noisy—it’s impossible to sleep. The air on the floors is stuffy and hard to breathe. My room was not prepared as I had booked. The food quality is awful and very poor. I strongly recommend renovating the hotel, reconsidering the pricing, and improving the service quality.

Breakfast spread was good with a lot of variety. Surpassed my breakfast spread expectations.

The Room Service Tray seemed worn out and battered. Does not go well with the Marriot Bonvoy image. Please look into this aspect too.

Everything was fantastic, starting from the behaviour of staffs to the quality of breakfast served. The Duty Manager was very hospitable and tried to ensure our stay was one of most remembered ones. The Chef came to our table during breakfast and enquired about the quality of breakfast, we got lot of information from him on local food as well.

There is nothing I could remember that I didn't like in this Hotel.

The location is excellent. The staff are warm and friendly and attentive.

The bathroom water supply was slightly off, felt slick in the hand. Perhaps the property water storage tanks need cleaning. Additionally, no smoking bin was provided outside the door so cigarette stubs were all over the floor. Some of the furniture in the cafe was also showing its age.

Everything The hotel is totally run down and badPlease don’t book here at allThe bathroom shower was taken to fix and never returned so there was no shower in the bath , the curtains were all of their hooks , the carpet was stinking , bathrooms had stains it’s totally run down and one should not boom a stay here . At all times guests were down fighting Mr Raj & Mr Anwar the front desk mangers were trying their best to troubleshoot and we’re going out of their way to help but what can they do if management has such run down amenities and services PLEASE DONT BOOK HERE

Staff members are new and not trained took long time for check in and check out. There was a big mess on breakfast. The worst thing there was no towel in the room. They forgot to keep one but there was not even a single hand towel. I have dry my self on hair dryer ?

I had stayed for a week and the staff is super - super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was not of my liking but the Chef had provided us everyday what ever we had asked for without any extra cost. My stay was comfortable with all the facilities provided apart from that the location is super.

The breakfast menu is same everyday which they need to work on it if you like to dine in buffet otherwise can ask your choice of food

Fire Alarm at 1:30 AM in night...!! The staff does not pick up direct landline, when one of our office colleague contacted. The staff at reception picks up call once in ten times. This is not the way to handle or respond the customers.

Waited nearly 3 hours for towels, which we never had at start. Rang the receptionist 4 times, nearly gave up.
