Bloom Hotel - SG Highway

Location is a bit oddRoom size is not very big Water pressure in shower is very low Breakfast is ok Not much spread and same everyday Though rooms are clean and neat since it’s a not very old hotel

Rooms really very nice neat and clean staff very helpful. Service was top class. Enjoyed a lot out stay

Value for money. Good atmosphere. Good food. Nice location. Supporting staff. Clean room. Clean bathroom.

Price of food is bit higher.

Cleanliness of the room and entire property

Toilet was very small. Room ceiling height was below standard compared to other comparative grade hotels. Staff communication while interacting with customers was a little rough. Better training is required.

The Manager said he didn’t receive our booking. Made us change our booking and cancel some bookings! It was a nightmare. Won’t be returning to this particular bloom property anytime soon. Had to escalate the issue to finally get some solutions to help us out. Have never faced this kind of situation in any other bloom property

Nice and clean propertyGood staffNice food

Comfortable beds, despite being located next to the highway it was relatively quiet. Free beverages (juice, bottled water) available for no cost in the lobby.

Issues with check-in with staff stating I didn’t book for three people although on the Booking.com app it clearly showed two rooms reserved: First room for 1 person, second room for 2 people. Lack lusture breakfast with few options, but at least was low cost.

Its conveniently located and very neat and clean hotel. Its very new and well maintained. The food available was good and value for money. Breakfast spread was limited but sufficient. Check-in Check out was smooth and without hassles. It was a refreshing stay

The elevators were small and could barely accommodate two people with small suitcases, a fact that can be ignored for the other facilities that were available. The hotel should consider installing door bells as service staff has to knock on the doors which at times goes unnoticed

Excellent service with healthy breakfast which was perfectly in time (specially while we are on business tour)

Some of service available base on request only (which was negligible)

They were packed through the weekend for the Coldplay concert, however they really tried to accommodate an early check in for us which was commendable, they also were very helpful when we needed anything, didn’t rush us during our checkout either. Clean and neat rooms, good breakfast, nice staff, overall a great experience and very very good value for money.

Staff is good. Its convinient as far as location is concerned.

Its bit overpriced i felt if I compare with their Banglore property. Brekfast menu is limited and not great again in comparision with Banglore property. Room had some odd smell which was evident.

The room was well maintained.

Breakfast staff was not avaialble. Most of Time. Live counter option was unavailable. The room service was too slow. Towels were stinking

Bad

staff has no manners

Good, loc was convinient for eme

Choice of breakfast dishes

Very Good Staff and services

Great Staff and Services

Everything was great...only wifi could never be connected

Good

Basic checks on whether amenities such as shower gel availability in room not performed before check-in.

Cleanliness and water stations at every floor.

The staff was very courteous.

The room size was very small for the price of the hotel.
