They didn’t allow the couple and ask to cancel the booking after some discussion they allowed

In brakfast they did not provid proper food They have served left over food of wedding So we where not happy Of paying for They did not refund also after asking ?

Staff were very nice. We requested an early check in and a late checkout which was given to us. Breakfast is given on an a la carte basis and not buffet; any standard breakfast item can be requested though.

We had to request a room change which was granted as the first room had water leakage and was dirty. Overall, the property needs a lot of renovations and the standard of cleanliness needs to be increased as well.

Location is good, central of Ahmedabad.

It is an old hotel, not maintained well.

The hotel is a perfect choice considering the value for money. The service is on time and staff is friendly and extremely helpful. They do their best and go out of the way to accomodate guest requests. The food is amazing and room is clean and spacious. A complete package..Considering the value of money I will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. Especially the location is also so good the hotel is very convenient and centrally located for the famous tourist spots as well.

There is no complaint from my end. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay

This is a nice business hotel in Ahmadabad. The room was large and clean, with a shower and comfortable bed. The staff was friendly. The wifi worked well.

I could not recall something bad except that the neighbourhood around hotel was not very nice.

Good location

No room service for 3 days stay, not once our room was cleaned or beds made even after letting them know. Too pricey for the service they give.

While check-in and check-out, their process is very much impressed. They completed whole process in just 2 minutes.Without any questions they allotted me room.When ever I call room service or reception they attended my requirement with in 5 minutes.Staff and their communication with respect at next level.

Good location , near to metro , staffs are helpfull.

Washroom is bad, very narrow and tight, manageable.

We did not have breakfast included in our package. However, we did order from Ala Carte and it was OK. The food at the restaurant was very nice. All the staff was very helpful - but one had to tell them to get things done - like cleaning the room, replenishing the tea / coffee / sugar / milk. Every time we had to ask for water bottles. All these should have been done without asking for it.

I was surprised to notice that the bathroom did not have a mirror. Normally there is one above the wash basin. Shaving was a big problem. The bedsheets and pillow covers could have been better. The AirCon kept switching off. Someone must have put it on timer but then the staff should have reset it before giving the room to us.

Helpful staff. Smooth check-in and check-out. Functional bathroom. Hot water showers and water pressure are excellent. Bed comfort and good sleep. Shaving razor quality was very good compared to similar hotels across my earlier stays.

Over all the room is clean but not hygienic. Maintenance work in the rooms is visible. Bed linen wash to be improved.

I would like to change the room renovation with furniture. In a breakfast add some gujrati nasta. Change the towels system. If is it possible change the breakfast location.

If car cleaning man is available.
