Hotel Gitanjali Kalupur(Relief Road)

For few hours of your work and it is Okay for rest for few hours . English bathroom but no flush ?,pour water in bucket into WC which not good to run the hotel, even it is for a low budget hotel.Bathroom amenities all old,not okay. Need few changes. No lift, step to step distance high. All the best Hotel Gitanjali.

The staff is very rude. If you are a girl don't go there. They misbehave and don't know how to talk respectfully. Facilities and cleanliness are very poor. They will overcharge you, tell you to go back taking advanced money(if you don't want). Location is fine but the place is not comfortable. I won't recommend it to anyone.

Location good, staff good, but rates appear higher

Rooms are connected with narrow high raised staircases n very uncomfortable for movement n luggage, preferably for Senior citizens. Details ought to have been scripted in features.

Disgusting

It was not in suitable location. There were no facilities. Room was not cleaned properly. Poor quality room

Location - 10min walking from metro station, 10min walking from railway station. Flexi check-in time (ok for 9AM even as policy was 12PM).

Too many cockroaches in the bathroom, broken (hence open view) window in the bathroom. Property insisting 40% advance payment to secure the room even as the booking was pay-at-hotel.

Disaster

You can’t even take shower in the washroom you’ll hit your head. The bed was like a bench size with mattress. You can’t take 2 steps in the room freely. I was ready to bear with all this. But on check out day my flight got delayed & I requested the guy at the counter to let me stay for a few hours I was negotiating the price. But instead of talking like a human he became abusive. I was even ready to pay for what he asked which I did eventually. But it was insulting. And a horrible experience. This was my first time in Gujarat. And he ruined it for sure. I may not even come back. He is an animal. He abuses people. Why is he even working there? The guy who sweeps the floor in the same building. They are much more well behaved. How do you guys even affiliate with such hotels. It was pathetic.

It is not AT ALL MEANT for the DECENT GUYS, PARTICULARLY ELDERLY CUSTOMERS. There is NO LIFT TO CLIMB 50 ODD VERY VERY NARROW & MOST INCONVENIENT STEEP STRAIR CASE WITHOUT THE PROPER HAND GRIP. THE HAND GRIP IS SHAKING AND RISKY. THE WEBSITE description is DECEIVING AND MISLEADING. MUST BE BLOCKED BY YOUR ONLINE BOOKING IMMEDIATELY. PATHETIC EXPERIENCE FULLY SHATTERED WITH THE SCARY CLIMBING & DECENDING DOWN. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR HUMAN BEINGS ?

Nothing there is to like

Bathroom is without Flush and mirror. Entrance is shabby. No shelf for keeping baggage. Association with these type of hotels will create negative impact for you. Auto drivers at the railway station were saying about raid and all. Photos of room shown were of AC room.

Mostly I preferred this hotel just because of the location. And yes value for money as well.

Actually, it's a budget hotel. So you can't expect more facilities, Bead sheet, pillow cover, blanket & towel should be more clean. The washroom is also not clean that much. Overall ok! If you have a tight budget!

Staff was cooperative, premises were average clean.

No hand shower in the toilet. Room / bathroom do not have cross ventilation.

room was not clean properly, bad smell and condoms found and a dead bird was stuck on window. Not recommended, pay some money for good hotels, not like this

It is as per the value paid. The location is in the busey area but the night is pleasant
