Hotel Crown

It was horrible. Since I had no obsions I spend 3 days as it was close to my work.

It was ill managed. No owner, no manager & no staff.

Absolutely nothing good about this hotel. Location is central but so are a 100 other hotels in the same area. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE.

Horrible customer service, extremely rude uncle who runs the place. No hot water, no functional plumbing and disgusting bedsheets. And they cheated us and charged 600 extra for no reason. Please do not book this place, I wish I had read some more reviews like this before booking.

Nothing everything was different, property was not matching the photos.

There were cockroaches in the room, the fan in the room must be 20 yrs old. The landline in the room doesn't work. I asked the hotel staff to check but they were least bothered. Hotel offers bread butter , poha and poori chole in the breakfast every day. Coffee in the breakfast was bad in smell. Shortage of staff that what they were everytime said. Overall not at all worth.

The location is Central, access and transport to surroundings is very easily available.

It's an old property, with worn out flooring, dirty sofa, chocked toilet and wet bathroom

Overall poor service. Not clean, no hot water except available at 6.30am. No tea or coffee making facility in the room. Can not get many of the item on the list for breakfast etc. No proper loundary service. Over all poor. Made me change the room to smaller size.

The location is on the main road. The market is nearby.

The hotel is short on staff. The property is old and some floors undergoing renovation. The restaurant service was also not good. We booked three rooms . Cons1. The washroom drain got choked everytime during bath2. Due to staff shortage the service is slow and food is just ok. We saw no other person/family eating out there.3. The rooms walls need renovation.4. There was some gap between the door and floor level in one of our room. Due to this a rat snuck inside our room. The manager didn't believe at first and told staff to complain on treebo. After their staff confirmed themselves that there is a rat then only they changed the room.5. No milk or anything from restaurant for child even at 7 am in morning. 6. Condition of Rooms is not as shown in picutreProsThe staff was helpful

The room without cleaning, shower kit not provided, test less and poor breakfast.. even after asking for shower kit and napkins.. he denied for them

The property is very old and dirty. And the manager is extremely rude. He allotted the wrong room.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel.

01. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown (L).

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.

1- there was no room service, even on extra charge2- breakfast was pathetic (one of the guests found insects in the porridge served in breakfast)3- bathroom was leaky4- even billing was manual, no internet either5- Rest was okay.

Nothing rooms were bad shape mattress n beds uncleaned lot of dust

room quality badly affected hotel was 1 star and when our other room did not check in they have charged for two room where as we stayed in one. Room as our 4 th guest couldn't check in. But hotel has charged 50 % room tariff where as ONGC guest only stayed for single day night in very shabby room . There was a dust dust every where in Large room dust dust very bath condition of room.

I had a great stay for one night, great location for this price. Staff is courteous, clean ambience, nice breakfast.The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms (there was even a tv by the shower), and high quality service.

The staff's helpfulness left a lasting impression on me. Their behavior was exemplary, and the rooms were maintained in pristine condition. This property stands out as one of my favorites. All in all, it was a memorable experience. The food served here is superb, and the location is ideal.
