The room was comfortable with the adequate size. The washroom was excellent. I was provided with a Welcome Drink which was a nice gesture from your end. I spent a significant amount of time in the Conference Hall. The Conference Hall was excellent with all the required facilities. It was ideal for a small to medium sized gathering. The food served for dinner was good though I did like to see a greater number of options. But this also depends upon the Budget of the Organizer.
The location is a bit congested. I expected a lot of space before the entrance to the Hotel Building. But, it was not the case. This factor is out of your control now as you cannot change your location. Possibly, if you have the idea of launching a new Property, you should look at a more ideal location.
Location, Supportive Staff, Restaurant attached to the property - Spice Zone -serves good food, Breakfast options were nice - eggs to order was good.
Better bathroom maintenance will enhance the experience

When I open a booking. Com site it shows that breakfast includes with price but when I check in they denied and take a charge from me for breakfast. So either booking. Com or hotel who cheat me ? Ashish shukla. Editor. Gujarat Matters. Mumbai.

Staff was not professional, the do not have ethical manners if some one is in side the room you should and come inside by using master. For giving sheet reason room service.

There should be time adjustments . We have to wait two hrs in hotel before check-in
