Waste of money, its really bad, staff is very rude. Very rude very rude. Dont book the room here they charge alot after booking saying that online rates are different and its not our way and blah blah. They all are rude and insane minded staff. Dont know how these people are running hotel buisness with this kind of staff. Waste of money dont book online please ??????

Staff were good and helpful. Even breakfast qas good

Location was good

Room was overall pathetic. The room has foul smell. The ceiling of the bathroom was hanging as if it was ready to fall down. Door look was broken... In some some ac wasn't working properly. Dampness was everywhere inside the room. I had to change my room 3 times. Overall experience was not so good. The property needs a lot of Repairing.

Food is amazing againBathroom and room are quite big and clean. Beds are really comfortable with sufficient amount of pillows. This is my 3rd stay in this month. this time I had balcony, really great space to sit and relax in evening or in night

As this is my third stay, Ac was having some problem as It was doing turning on and off. I complained this time and they immediately sent a helper and fixed the issue. But still the issue wasn't fixed. This time, there was not Fan in our room.

Best thing about this hotel is the food. I ordered few sandwhiches and they were exceptional! It's really rare for any hotel to provide this quality of food. Bathroom are really big and clean Bed are really comfortable.

Only con we faced that in our stay, AC was not working properly but we didn't bothered to complain as fan was working quite good. If we would have reached to reception I can assure that they could have fix the issue, I got complete trust in staff.

I like their staffs. They are very nice

I don't like the odor in the room when I entered, I had to ask them to come and spray air freshener. The washroom was smelling and not neat.

The room is spacious and the location is nice , there are many stores and restaurants near by the hotel

I have called the hotel 30 minutes before arrival time, but when I arrived the room wasn’t ready and they kept us waiting in the reception while we were very exhausted after a long journey.

Worst place to spend your anniversary time

The bathroom smelled bad since day 1, roadside restaurant bathrooms were better. Could not stand for even a minute inside the bathroom. Looking at this, we didn't order food from this place only tea, coffee, bread butter as necessity.The room size was good but that all; Furniture was old and rusty. In addition, the second night there was no water till next day 12:00 pm. My trip plans got postponed because of this.Any how we stepped out in the evening, the electricity went out as we stepped into the elevator. The emergency bell was not working as the entire electricity went out. Luckily, i had a cab waiting the driver informed the reception we were stuck inside and a staff person who was inside also called the other staff. Worst experience. What kind of safety or information systems does the management have in place.? In case of such power outs the systems should automatically shift to generators.I won't recommend this place to my family at least. People who want to go can go despite this review.

We were not given room and said there is no availability. It was night mare to find hotel in that period . Even booking.com is at fault they did not responded well

Nothing it is full waste of money and soo dirty

Cleaning is not in book of hotel,, washrooms and facilities are soo dirty,, even bedsheets were having dirty smell and spots Full waste of money

The staff and service is good

Hotel is in a poor state. I went during peak demand due to the World Cup finals and had to pay 3 times the regular price. The bathroom taps have rusted, there was power cut in the room. The worst was the bedsheets and pillows had blood stains on them. The hotel staff didn’t even change the sheets after the previous customer vacated.

The room was large and spacious, with all the facilities provided. They even gave an extra mattress with a pillow and towels.

The price hike during the time of the stay, although justified, was a lot. It was almost 5x of the amount the hotel normally charges. The flush was not working properly and I'm not sure if there was hot water or not. The checkout time, 10.30 am, is very early. Should be at least 11 am.

Really good hotel, large rooms, with awsum foods. staff was curties.

Incredible location, very decent and good facilities and decently clean and priced.

Was slightly unclean but mentioned it to staff and they came and cleaned everything up, so more of a pro.

The staff were exceptionally polite and helpful.

The rooms were basic and fairly dull, but I'm not sure whether that is to be expected in this type of hotel.

Location and price.Manager was very accommodating

The porters and rest of the staff are not pro-active and need to be ordered.We pulled up at the hotel, approached the doors with our luggage, non of the 3 porters ventured forth to open the doors to their hotel!
