Food was excellent Bathroom no cleanliness, not enough supplies, shower has no door etc

Welcome drink was not served/ Water shortage due to some tech issue/was charged 550/- for 3.30 hrs early check in

Clean place and good staff very helpful. The in-house dining is good and quiet economical.

Breakfast spread isn't what it used to be. Also add local gujarati flavour in the breakfast, don't miss it.

The check out time was written 11 and hotel staff told me to check out at 10.

The staff requested to move to another room one day before checkout. Totally inappropriate. It seems they are not aware what is arranged via Booking and what was paid. Staff at reception desk looks lost. Training needed.

Bed was too soft and not comfortable. Delayed checkin as room was not ready and have to wait in lobby.

Location. I was given a stained bedsheet and a torn towel which was replaced upon requesting with the house keeping staff. Bathroom was old looking, room was fine.The Laundry charges are very high and they do not even clean the clothes properly. A very very busy hotel that takes on school groups.

Horrible break fast, when I went at 9 am , there weren't any idli , puri or paratha, as good as no breakfast, also it took 10 to 15 min for them to provide the spoon and food , which was very bad in taste, completely skipped it, also the breakfast area tables are extremely unclean.

The over all breakfast experience and also the hotel is not at all value for money , I terrors are cheap , I paid 5.5 grand , it s worth not half the price.

Staff were not bothered. My room did not have a fridge for 3 days despite repeated reminders to front desk. Safe was not working. Again, no one was bothered

Ambiance is quite good and service was excellent, and the food is excellent. Taste wise , quantity wise everything is excellent I love this place and food .

Very rude and arrogant staff, I was served stale food. Very unhygienic place. Not worth the pricing they charge.

They serve quality non veg food in room which in Gujrat is rare. Breakfast alsp very good
