Rivera Sarovar Portico Ahmedabad

The rooms are very comfortable with all the required facilities, and excellent levels of cleanliness. The breakfast spread was very good and the staff were very supportive and helpful.

price for the breakfast was on the high side

Location is good staff is friendly

Construction work was a lot of disturbance

Our Room was upgraded & Mr Ramesh GM of the property was very helpful with all my queries & all information was provided. We had ordered for Dinner from ROOM SERVICE and was fast & Food quality was very good. Breakfast Spread was Good & service was Exclent

The property was quaint

The cleanliness especially with the toiletries could have been better Location is bit odd as you rarely get uber

Best location. Rooms are value for money. Breakfast spread is small, but the food is delicious. Very near to airport and Sabarmati river front. Best for business and leisure travellers.

The hotel is going on with some renovations and initial impressions were a bit shabby. But it didnt affect our stay.

Good location & easy for car parking

Need to refurbish the rooms ! Very old & antique type furniture

Location is perfect! Rooms overseeing the river are fabulous!

The breakfast isn’t that great in terms of taste and would suggest including more Gujarati items

Riverfacing, spacious bedroom. Also the food in the restaurant was quite good.Slept peacefully..

Staff from the gateman and office were great even the restaurant staff were friendly and cheerful

The location was not very lively I felt that it was fine for business users but for leisure and family it is not ideal. Location

Location is good

It's too expensive for what it has to offer. No amenities, and the staff is not very helpful.

Cordial staff and clean room

Size of standard room is little small

Location of the property was perfect. Everything was nearby. Breakfast was also very Good. Staff was very courteous and friendly.

Didn’t have a swimming pool. Hehe. I miss that but it’s ok.

Want a Reimbursement!!

The property was still under construction, causing a lot of noise, which made it impossible to rest after a long, tiring day. The food quality was extremely poor—I ordered chicken pakoda, but the besan coating was undercooked, and the chicken pieces were much smaller than expected. It was quite disappointing. The bathroom exhaust was noisy, and the windows were covered with wood, leaving the room with inadequate ventilation. The gym had very limited equipment, making it hard to even consider it a fitness center.

The staff at reception were welcoming and polite and prompt. Rooms are fine.

The food- very averageThe hotel does not have a coffee machine! So no good coffee. That's shocking. Room service takes longer than expected

The hotel is well located by the river bank. Not too far from the station too. Airport is of course a bit of a distance.Near and clean facility with a beautiful restaurant overlooking the river bank.Clean spacious rooms with comfortable seating.

The lifts can be operated using the room.cards but these were not smooth functioning.

Food was good and the staff in the restaurant was also good.

Reception staff was cold, did not talk and was not willing to take any request. Inside like the corridor is very dark and old like carpets. Outside area is very hilly so difficult for walk for senior ciziten or disabled. Not enough staff to guide you for parking. Did not expect this from this brand.

Excellent LocationGood breakfastComfortable bed

Nothing in particular

Nothing in particular.

The restaurant was at basement level which made it very stingy. The spread needed more variety. The location was very far from the normal hustle bustle area. Basically nothing around. No local attractions are walking distance. There is lot of construction activity around. Being just outside the walled city, it was far from the new area on the otherside of sabarmati river.

Cleanliness & placement of all appropriate things in room & bathroom

I was charged extra fee at hotel , which was not mentioned / unexpected

Fast check in check out, rooms clean, staff very courteous ,good breakfast & great service

It was good nothing to complain
