Dear Booking.com Customer Support,I am writing to formally complain about a discrepancy in the hotel pricing on your platform. The price displayed on Booking.com was significantly lower than the actual amount charged at the hotel. Upon check-in, I was asked to pay an additional Rs. 1000, which was not mentioned at the time of booking.I contacted your customer service team multiple times to resolve this issue, but unfortunately, no action was taken, leaving me in an embarrassing and frustrating situation. I trusted Booking.com for transparent pricing, and this experience has been highly disappointing.I request an immediate resolution to this matter, including a refund of the excess amount charged. Please investigate this issue and ensure such discrepancies do not occur in the future. I look forward to your prompt response.

There was no iron in the room. So we ordered 1 from the staff. He took long time to find 1. But when we got the iron, it was not safe to use it because all the wires were loose and hanging out. It was absolutely unsafe to use this kind of iron. There is no health & safety in this hotel.

Give it a pass if you can.

Everything, rooms are small, bathrooms are in bad shape, no option of king size bed for sleeping with small kids in between parents.

Pathetic staff who needs training in hospitality and manners. Due to the Coldplay surge, they charged 13k for a room, the average of which is 1800 a day. On top of that they expected us to pay 1500+ taxes for the second guest even though they had a double bed. All this happened at 12 AM when we checked in. The worst experience till date. The receptionist and managers need to be fired if Ginger still wants people to choose this hotel.

I stayed at this property for 5 nights and struggled to find anything positive. So i think the only positive was that the staff was polite and well behaved.

So many reasons to not like this property.The entire hotel seems to be under construction. Even the rooms are not well finished and poor interior. It does not look like how it’s shown on websites.There were baby cockroaches in the room and in the washroom.Only one charging point in the entire room. There is no storage space like shelf or cupboard. It’s still under construction. There was an old refrigerator but it didn’t work obviously. Everything in the room looked like second hand material.There was this weird loud noice at night in the room from outside There is 0 view from any room. All you can see is the building next to it.The food served in breakfast was below average.This is my experience in 5 nights. This is not what is expected from Ginger

Friendly staff & Reception . Cheerful reception staff like Priyanka & Tripti Sahu were very cooperative, humble & helpful . Other staff are also very good ?

Very poor and slow service at the front desk and the resturant. Very inefficient staff and not too polite. Ms. Priyanka at the front desk was extremely slow and incompetent to do her job.

Service was great. The breakfast had many options. The AC was prefect. Shower water was hot.

The rooms are in a serious need of a remodel. They look extremely rundown.

It was a shoddy hotel. The rooms had a stink, bed mattresses were lumpy and sagging..Small rooms, bathrooms are so small..Avoid this hotel.

Didnt stay . Checked out in 1 hour. Terrible room and very bad hotel. Staff was unprofessional, and rooms are badly managed. It's a very old hotel and in really bad shape.

the property looks like a old converted one, but basic things arent maintained properly, lot of intetnal repairs needs to be done, only prima faci face lift would not work

no hot water, it was just luke warm in all the 3 different rooms i used, WC flush werent working in one of the room.

Good large room, fresh clean bedsheets, good, pleasing, smiling, helpful housekeeping, F&B, front desk staff. Great lobby. Special mention for Pragya, front office. Her pleasant and helpful approach made the stay very comfortable.

Budget hotel, clean and good staff. Restaurant staff are excellent and take personal care of your requirement of food and drink.

The AC in the room was not working. I was given another room but the AC was not working there. Then I was shifted to a better room with proper AC. The WiFi did not work in any of the rooms.

It’s under renovation. Dusty and no proper dining area

The ACs were leaking, and the manager asked me not to keep my luggage under the AC rather than fixing/changing my room. Pathetic service

Food is too expensive a buttermilk cost 149! Jeez please stay away from restaurant there are lot of eatries near by.
