The staff was not cooperative and they charged Rs 11500 for 3 nights in which breakfast wasn’t included . For this type of property it’s absolutely not worth. Value for money is zero

Near to Airport. Rooms and bathrooms are bigger size. On the main road and easy to find the local transport to reach airport. Rooms are cleaner and Beds are comfortable.

Staff feels over crowded and least concered about guest. Location is very odd and far from the local market place for food and snacks. Mostly this facility is occupied by the office and sales persons i feel which makes nuisance and noisy.

Average stay with very bad facility. They switched off AC in the night and was not able to sleep properly.

Clean rooms and clean washrooms. Good breakfast spread. central location.

They Charged me for breakfast even after having the copy of the boking where in it was clearly mentioned breakfast was included. Reception Staff is very curt and arrogant

The rooms were spacious and clean. Everyday they will clean the room. And change towels and re-fill water bottles.They have in house restaurant and room service and round the clock snacks that you can order anytime. They allow unmarried couples.

Food prices are very expensive for a city like Ahmedabad. The location is not very good if a person feel like having food outside or shop he has to walk/auto to 1km atleast.

I really liked the location of the hotel.

The room smelled like cigarette smoke, the shower was disgusting, the toilet had cigarette ashes, the bed sheets were stained, the towels were stained, the floor felt greasy, the mirror was dirty and the overall room was very dirty

The staff were very helpful & friendly. The location by the river is superb, we had an end room which was quiet & had wonderful views.

the staff needs to be trained some of the cleaners makes funs of the guests. the receptionists are rude and unprofessional. these needs to be focused on.

Lady manager charged me about Rs 400 more than another guest who was a walk-in guest. She said "Booking.com charges are more than our normal charges."

Lady manager on front desk during check-in was rude & too argumentative. She insisted on check-out time as 9am & threatened of extra charges if checked out later. Other manager next day said it was 10am

The property itself was dull and not welcoming. the decor was poor. finishing in our bedroom was not professional standard Extremely noisy with weddings and banquets booked throughout our stay. very loud music and disturbing nights. Guests of weddings and party were rude and not respectful to other guests staying as tourists. like us.

for 4 star hotel room is very dirty..I’ve ordered food, spent 10 min to explain that it should be without chilli and got extremely spicy food with chilli.. they cancelled it, thanks to them, but time was waisted and mood tooand for breakfast for me there were only fruits, so next breakfast I didn’t even attendin the room with road view you will hear all traffic I’ve asked and they changed my room for back side, and it was quietthe check out time is 9am which is weird and inconvenient. After asking 5 times, they made check out time 11.30.
