FabHotel Bliss - Inside Suryam Trade Centre

It was all ok Nothing special, toilet accessories are in bad shape , specially the shower nob , and toilet jet .

1st. This is my last booking with booking.com, bad experience, my booking status states free breakfast, and in the morning the reception person said , it's not included, i showed him on my mobile (breakfast)still he denied, tried calling booking.com helpline but none of the phone numbers provided not working, worst experience ever ,

The room shown on booking.com showing 2 separate beds when selecting deluxe room is not correct. We thought we would have 2 big beds to accommodate 3 adults and 1 child. However that was not the case. Also bathroom fittings were not working particularly the shower. However for us as we reached around 9 pm and left around 8:30 am the room was ok.

The room size was nice as compared with the rateFood service was nice Cleanliness was there in the room.

Breakfast was cold and served very late at 8.40am. I had flight to catch at 11am. They didn’t had in-house restaurant . It was ordered thru Dwight from outside.

The cleanliness of everything in the room like bathroom bucket and mug, towels, bedsheets etc etc. The service like I asked them to change stained towels with fresh towels but they didn’t do it. The phone no one was picking up, so had to go to the reception to tell everything whatever was needed.

They cancelled our previous booking with 15k for 2 nights to sell those rooms even at a more inflated price

Good, clean, decent hotel. But price hike because of the concert is unfair. We get it that this is a business opportunity for hotels but there should be fairness to the pricing. 14k for an average room isn't fair to the common people.

Unfortunately there was no food available, inspite at the time of booking, the site showed that free breakfast was available

they always used the used cloths,poor maintenance ,no hanger ,VERY BAD BATHROOMS

The room had a fan,and ac, hot water.They arranged a cab for us to the airport

Nothing. Few rooms that we looked at had damp, room was not cleaned, the bathroom smellt of cigarettes, looked like smell was coming from the room next door.The guys that worked night shift in reception, and porter were sleeping on the sofa, and porter on the floor, I called about 06:30 no answer, so my wife went to check,both sleeping, would not wake up,until my wife shouted "do you want the bill or not? We are leaving" the hotel is on the 3rd floor so you would have to go to the 3rd floor to send a porter to collect your bags from the car, never going through that again.

Good vacation with my famliy i really enjoyed i had the breakfast and dinner at the restaurant the food was amazing nice buffet many options are there every meal fresh and delicious. Hotel staff well trained they knew about the guest how to handle really apperciated. very hard working staff kéep it up i give the five star for the all team i recommded this hotel to evryone ??

The hotel is ideally located in the heart of the city. I have been staying at this property since 2015 and the hotel staff goes above and beyond to make sure the guests are comfortable.Staff at front desk ensured we got everything possible to make stay comfortable with our baby.

Excellent service ? room are also spacious. Area surrounding is also best. Room were clean. All facilities were available all the time .I just stayed with my family but overall experience I got was excellent.I will stay with my family and friends again for sure.
