Four Points By Sheraton Ahmedabad

The Hotel is undergoing a renovation but my stay was far from excellent. Everyone from the Front Desk to Housekeeping to the Dining hall were attentive and looked into every single detail. Breakfast and Dinner had a variety of mouth-watering dishes!

Nothing I can think of at this time. I have stayed here before and the Hotel experience is more than 5*, at least from my experience.

The main feature of the hotel is its excellent restaurant and attentive staff. The rooms are good although nothing stands out. Wonderful hot shower, drinking water fully stocked, a fridge and kettle with tea and coffee, very comfortable bed and pillows.

The staff went out of the way in accommodating our requests.

Amenities of the hotel weren't as that of a 5 star hotel.

Breakfast was nothing short of exceptional! They truly went above and beyond by preparing delightful snacks for our early morning travels over two days. We were treated to a lovely assortment of fresh fruits, tasty sandwiches, and wholesome nuts. It was such a relief to have these delicious options on hand, especially since we could share them with our children. It made our mornings not just easier, but also a lot more enjoyable!The location is fantastic! We had easy access to all the major attractions right from our hotel, making our stay incredibly convenient and enjoyable.

We were in Ahmedabad for two days, but I couldn't find a negative comment to write.

The room was nice with big bathrooms. Old Ahmedabad is not too far, so the location is convenient.

There was no facilties as such. No swimming pool etc. Its more of a business hotel then a family hotel

When we checked in on 17th reception staff could have been better with some good knowledge of the hotel.

I loved the staff's courteousness, especially the front desk. Everyone was good, proper housekeeping was given. I would love to stay there again just because of the staff's good nature. I only faintly remember the front desk's name Dipvantika or something like that. I would love to know their names and thank them all for a pleasant stay. Food was good too, although breakfast options were limited compared with other similarly priced hotels in Ahmedabad.

Location and view were bad. Not expected from Marriott group.

We had a peaceful stay at this hotel

Had the worst experience of my entire life.

Noticed the bed was broken as soon as I was checked in ,reported it but was not moved till midday on the following day.As I was not able to sleep the previous night ,missed the breakfast the following day. Had to order food after I was moved to another room which was extra charge and slept till evening the following day. Could not finish the shopping for which I had come.Would not stay or recommend this hotel to anyone.The manger and the staff should have checked the room before giving it to anyone.Sleep is the top priority of hospitality.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The Front Desk staff, the housekeeping staff, the porters were all very friendly and attentive to any needs. Breakfast was plentiful. Good location.
