Treebo Prince Plaza

We liked nothing of the hotel because what is shown in online and actual facilities provided are far different.Location though at the centre of the city, place was dirty...noisy, dusty...It's not a hotel but looked like Guest house...They occupied 2 floors only in the building, picture of which is posted on the web.

The whole place was dirty, toilet stinking., unlike other properties under Treebo brand.Dining hall was so unhygienic with cramped table n chair, dirty floors, litters all around.Sharing actual pictures of the hotel for your information...We had to stay one nite as we reached late nite...But next day morning we had to cancel booking of 2 days n shifted to some other hotel..RgdsShyamalaMumbai

Upon reaching the hotel they mentioned that the booking was not recieved by them. So we took rooms at direct price from the hotel itself.Had no other choice as was traveling with my parents and daughterI messaged booking.com through the app as well but, no one contacted me.

Very frivolous outlook. Rooms were very small and breakfast was an absolute joke, it felt as if I'm eating in a hostel mess, they served watery curd.

The location is superb. Walkable distance to Paldi crossing. If you are travelling with bus, the location is ideal

The breakfast was bad. There was no menu. They just served tea and upma. Only 5-7 people can have breakfast at a time. You have to wait for your turn standing. Considering the per night price, I was expecting at-least a few more options in the breakfast. Definitely not worth the money.Rooms are very small specially non-road facing . There is no window so it feels suffocated. Ask for road facing rooms, they are slightly bigger and have windows.

The name of the property is not correct. It is Hotel Prince Plaza and it is not a hotel just like a rented rooms in Floor 6. I did not stay in the property and even though paid the full payment. I stayed in Inder Residency. There is no receptionist only one local guy ( who gives the key) was sleeps in the corridor. It was a very bad experience.

The room size and facilities were pathetic.It was like staying in a cell.

Breakfast was not buffet breakfast.. they give you only 2 options like poha or paratha/thepla with very little dahi.. no butter no achar.. nothing… tea was ok ok… food was ok in taste.. and options were very less just 2..

Everything be it food, size of the rooms, cleanliness although it was clean.. but should be even better

Location was good. That's the only plus point.

Bathroom was stinking, couldn't sleep because of that. Food was poor. We had to cut short our 2 night stay into 1 night.

Bathroom had leakages. Room was too small for the amount I paid for one night. It hardly had any walking space. Bathroom was too small. There was no proper restaurant to have breakfast nor did we have table or something in room to have breakfast. We had it on bed. Breakfast was not unlimited, as per the price i paid it seemed costly. I have recorded a video of leakage but here we dont have option of submitting video

The location, it's not a hotel it is worse then a lodge it's pathetic, it's just a floor of a building, the wash room stinks of urine, the passage is restaurant, they are not a hotel

The place was dirty, staff unapologetic. The hotel is in a commercial building. Very cramped. Their hygiene standards are very low.
