Cons -
- Liked everything
- Service was ok & the menu is quite much but out of expectation.. I asked for methi paratha, and to my surprise, they brought paratha ( maida) based with dry methi powder on it. So please ask before ordering. The bathroom needs repairing.
- Most of electric instruments like air conditioners and electric tea furnace were not working even after multiple requests

breakfast was good. and staff was polite and helpful.
car parking was there in open area. which should be mentioned during booking.
The breakfast option was great. The staff was very helpful.
They asked me to make the whole payment on the first day itself. I asked them to take the same on the last day but they did not agree. I wish they would have been a little more flexible.
Overall I had a comfortable stay. Rooms are clean and well maintained.
Scope for improvement in the breakfast menu. The parking facility was provided in the open ground next to the hotel, which had no lights and was full of dust.
Good location clean and neat room
TV not worked all the time
Location
No wifi. The Staff are not trained in the basics ,which makes them look poor in front of the guest. The service and response is poor including that of the manager.
Clean rooms, good staff and tasty food.

Staff at reception sometimes don't understand you. All they are concerned about is when are you going to pay as if we are going to run away.Breakfast prices not clearly explained and advertised Even though Booking.com says pay at the hotel the staff called me to make an advance payment one day before our stay.
