- Very dirty rooms and toilets. Not cleaning the room as there was dust and insects in the room. Toilets had timescales. Our AC was leaking water when switched on. Kettle and cups were not cleaned properly. Dirty carpets and old towels where the fluff was coming off when you use them. Mouldy wall. Bad smell in the room had to open windows.

Super! I was met at the airport by Jayraj, who was extremely friendly and helpful. He also helped me find a cab the next day, and I was very grateful for his attention to detail. Mr. Jai cooked a wonderful omelette for breakfast, and made sure I had drinking water and everything I needed. Highly recommend a stay here.

Missed my dinner order, which was supposed to be served at 10pm, got it at 11.15pm after remineder. Did not got also what ordered, as after reminder call they told that Bhindi is not there. Aloo mutter subzi, Dal fry was oily. Tea is extremely sweet, even after mentioning at the time of order about less sweet, served extremely sweet tea.Not happy with including breakfast served onlu 2 PC paratha for two people. Requested for pickle and onion they denied to serve. Only one btl included mineral water was given for two, but I will appreciate that in the sense of reducing plastic and water wastage.
