Extra bed is to short and hard. Not easy to sleeping. Extra service charges not link with room. Pay immediately on extra services.

The pasta that was made by chef during my stay was beyond my expectations. If I ever come back to ahmedabad, i will definetly stay at Double tree and order that pasta. LOVED IT. THANK YOU!

Selection of drinks (except tea I guess) very limited, especially when by rule 50% of drinks missing due to alkoholExecutive launch was never available for me. I was to early or to late. After approx. 20:00 closedOrdered coffee on breakfast and did not arrive in reasonable time, so I had to leave without getting coffee

Everything. Please change your lighting, linens, lamps, make sure hotel is not smelling like a garbage, hire better staff… learn from Taj, your rates are the same but still worst worst worst hotel and services.

Reception staff were terrible, have no clue. Advertised a room that they do not even have! No swimming pool as advertised would be open by 20th Jan. The power kept cutting out off room and buffet food was same everyday. Only have one outside area and covered in dust from construction next door. TV’s in room are so basic , very disappointed, definitely not 5 star. Did not enjoy our stay.

Entrance was nice and clean and the food options and valet service was great.

Fridge wasn't working, swimming pool wasn't working. Check in took forever, food at the hotel tasted great but was really expensive.

We had to pay at the check in my employees went earlier than me so they changed them with the room and they changed me later when I was checking in for their room too .So they have changed us twice and I have find out later they apologised but they didn’t see that the other room has payed already . I asked my employees and they mentioned it ….

There was no water in the shower I have to ask the receptionist to send me the plumber…. Later the plumbers couldn’t stop the water from running the whole bathroom was full of water …..You don’t check the room before give it your a client … I have to shower with the toilets ….and then .Also you have check in at 14.00 and my employees checked in at 16.00 they had to wait for two hours but check out you need at 12.00

Nice property... Nice stay... Room size is remarkable.

1.(Room no.1115) bathroom floor is uneven, causing water to stagnate.2.The property is not easily recognizable from the Bopal-Ambli road. It appears dim from the main road, so proper lighting needs to be installed.3.The hotel’s name board on the main road has misaligned and faded fonts. It should be straightened, with alignment and levels maintained for a polished appearance.4.The middle lift is not operating smoothly. It should be inspected immediately, and complete maintenance work should begin without delay.

The staff have been very attentive, friendly and helpful. The building is well maintained and clean too. Love the cookies provided during check-in.

The size of the room and the cleanliness is top notch. Breakfast served is just right for my taste. Happy faces all around, sincerely looking to make sure my stay is great. Thank you Double Tree @Ahmedabad.

Location was great. Well presented and had everything we needed.

I think all accommodation near a building site should be highlighted to customers. I would say that the hotel were very accommodating to ensure that our room was on the opposite side.

The hotel is nice, easily accessible, has a restaurant that can cater to western kids who aren't used to spices. The room was spacious even with an extra child bed. At the restaurant, there was a waitress named Gagandeep, a special thank you to her for being very helpful and playful with my child. It made a difference.

The bathroom looked like it needed an update. It was also very small and didn't feel very clean to me either. It was a comfortable stay but certainly wasn't 5* experience.
