Hotel Carrefour

They didn't allow to stay at hotel and instead they were asking for the personal documents apart from the aadhar card and staff was very rude, even to a girl they were talking rudely

Breakfast was sumptuous. Behaviour of the majority of the staff was excellent! We had to extend our stay by a night which was accommodated by the hotel without much problem. Also, the initial rooms allotted to us were not to our liking, so the hotel made alternate arrangements for us the first night. Kudos to the team!

We checked in late at night. The staff member at the reception was on the edge. Wish a more welcoming person could be present for such off hours when the traveller is tired and harried.

Clean no fuss place. This is my second time there and that says something. The rooms are well appointed and the best part is the shower. A good breakfast spread, wonderful location and professional staff are just added reasons to stay here.

Nothing to complain about

It was aesthetic, comfortable and clean. Service was prompt abr the rooms were not only spacious but the bed too was comfortable.

The breakfast was poor, spread and variety limited and staff a bit clueless.The shower area needs to be updated and kept clean. Towels were of poor quality and fairly used.Too many light switches without knowing which is for which.

Breakfast was ok, could have been better. Watermelon juice was full of sugar. Food was very costly and not upto the mark.

The staff was super accommodating and very friendly. They allowed us early check in and took our bag's for holding after check out which was helpful

An interesting and well-presented hotel exterior. It was convenient to have taxis and tuk tuk call for pick up and drop off

The breakfast area might be OK for locals, but not for my requirements for hygiene and cleanliness, I couldn't eat there. The bed is too soft a common hotel problem in India using foam rubber mattresses.

Room was clean and modern. Breakfast was sufficient.

Bath room layout is odd. Shower was in the middle and made everything wet including the toilet. Difficult to use the toilet after having a shower. Receptionist could do with being more welcoming.

Hopeless . Never will go to this hotel. Waste of money. U don't take booking. Your reputation spoilt

No facilities. Room shown at the time of booking and actual room allotted were vastly different. Very small in size. Room allotted on 4th floor. Power failure for one hour every day. No back up with generator. Had to walk down the floors.

Location was good

Limited food options in restaurant. Wondering why I paid almost INR 5000 without breakfast when I booked through Booking.com when the hotel rack rate was only INR 3,500-4000.

Solo Traveler short stay

They Kept Very Old Towels , Bathroom is not Dry as they kept Showers in the middle so all clothes are getting wet, A/C not working properly

Buffet break fast and dinner, bed and the restaurant staff specially Hari who was very friendly and Manjur who helped to.make my stay pleasant.

The room requires maintenance and was smelling of smoke. Bathrooms were filthy and required a thorough cleaning. I booked this via booking.com for two nights at Rs 37,000 due to an event. I booked well in advance a non cancellable room, but the room was costing Rs 19,000 for two nights at the time of checkin. This room was definitely not worth Rs 37000 for two nights, and I feel like booking.com and the hotel exploited my desperation to book the hotel during the event.

The hotel location is great. It's a very clean hotel.somenof the staff are friendly.

I was not well and asked the restaurant (within the hotel) to make me some lightly salted sauted vegetable. The chef point blank refused and I had to ask several times and explained that I am unable to eat anything else. After a lot of toing and froing,finally they agreed and brought really over boiled veg for me !Not too pleased.The reception staff at check out made no attempt to ask if I enjoyed the stay ! Miserable and no smile.A bit surprised as no "hospitality"I personally don't think I would stay here again
