440 a serene stay

The people at the hotel were welcoming, helpful and polite, the rooms are just perfect and do the job. Location is perfect as well, airport and railway fairly close (15-20 mins). The rooms and the facilities definitely felt clean.May make this my go to stay when in Ahmedabad.

Neat and clean room

Staff behaviour and service , response to call for house keeping . Did not like breakfast , food is not good need improvement. Room is small and no wardrobe provided.

Breakfast wasn't included, however it was good value for money. The rooms were clean and well kept. Bed was very comfortable. Staff were fantastic. People spoke English which was an advantage.

The dining room while sufficient and functional was a little underwhelming. The food was delicious. Restaurant would be successful if updated and opened to the public.

Horrible experience

The hotel staff will ask you to check out at 10 o'clock in the morning, sorry but I'm just waking up at this time. They asked for half the price of the room to extend for three hours until one o'clock in the afternoon, after which they started kicking us out. They will charge you money for literally everything, at the same time, the hotel staff sits and is constantly busy on the phone. I do not recommend this hotel to you, it is extremely unfriendly to foreigners.

THE ROOM GIVEN WAS TOO SMALL. IT WAS FOR LONE TRAVELERS.

Big room, comfortable bed, wonderful staff, fast WiFi with good connectivity.

Road facing room so slightly noisy, can't think of anything else.

Clean and comfortable. Very well located. Staff friendly

The bathroom smelt and we had no water anymore one evening in the shower and toilet so staff brought us a bucket. It was solved the next morning. The breakfast was ok.

They've given an illogical categorization for a small room; they don't know what's Deluxe Double Room. Not value for money they are charging for a small room; never recommend

Excellent property, clean rooms, good amenities and exceptional staff. We stayed for couple of days here and really liked the place. The rooms were clean, the view was good, the location is right near to the riverfront and the staff helped us wherever they could. Would definitely stay here again.

Slight ‘sewage’ smell in the bathroom.

The staff helped in checking in, however they mentioned local Id was not allowed.But in Booking.com no such policy term was mentioned.Request booking.com to chech the same.

1. Beyond Hotel Stay, hotel reception gave trustworthy & economic reference of Cab service to visit Ahmedabad.2. Hotel reception helped me to arrange a very delicious & Artistic cake for my Son & wife's Birthday, that made my plan extremely successful & enjoying.3. Complementary Breakfast is very very tasty with a superb Menu. Very satisfied4. In all manner, Hotel is superb,value to money, worth visiting again & a very good hotel to recommend to travellers.

We had arrived late and staff were very helpful. We had problem connecting to WiFi but they sorted it out straight away. We were only staying for one night and bed size was big, room clean and comfy.

Breakfast, good hot drink. To keep eye on self service as people were mixing spoons.

friendly staff, but a lot of mismanagement.when we got there our room was given to someone else..then upon requesting so much and contemplating of changing the hotel 3am in the middle of the night.. we had to settle for what we got.. we got a undone used room.. which the workers had to frantically clean.. but wasn’t up to the mark.. in the pictures rooms look big and spacious.. but in reality they were little dinghies.. not a pleasant experience we’d hoped for.. but heyho we got through it..

Front desk staff is very good and supportive.. Housekeeping staff is also good .. breakfast is good .. Overall hotel is good in this price range

Cleanliness could’ve been a lot better. The commode was stained and despite the reminder it remained that way
