- The facilities like No water for customer staying in the room, Head of Staff and serving person asked us to purchase water from nearby store. Toilets are unclean, Washbasin waste pipe was leaking and its water was coming out in toilet during stay. Very unpleasant stay.

- Though we booked 2 months back, they denied check-in. Suggested is to find some other room. Entire family was stranded in the road in the night. Very irresponsible. Though we spoke to the staff and confirmed the previous day, they still denied check in
- No towels in the washroom, bedsheets were extremely dirty, no soap or shampoo in the washroom. Staff sleeps in the entrance at night.

Location it's closed to airport.
My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The staff was useless and unprofessional. Despite booking at a fixed rate, I was charged more than the agreed price. My booking included breakfast, but they did not provide any even after I asked. Also, when I asked for two water bottles, I was charged for them and the staff refused to help, and directed me to contact Booking.com customer service. Overall, the property was in poor condition, and there was nothing positive to say about my stay.

Before booking you should check status of hotel. Rooms were not update no service was aviliable. I walked half km in morning for cup of tea.There was no other option for me I had to stay because late night
