Infinity Sands Resort

The Staff, including the onsite General Manager exceeeded our expectations. The restaurant food is the best food I have eaten in the Philippines, whether it was a breakfast, lunch or dinner meal, all were excellent in quality, presentation and freshness.

No hot water as I was looking forward to a hot shower ( it was noted they had hot water for bathing) as this it not available at all commercial lodging locations in the Philippines. Had we had hot water my rating would had been a (10) on all my ratings.

Good internet, clean, food food, great staff service!

Wifi was terrible. Wouldn’t open anything then kick you out. Also no beach area for swimming.

Room is spacious, recently renovated.

No wifi in the room. Impossible to use even in the middle of the night. Signal is OK in the lobby area but they use mobile not fiber connection, so not stable.Beach is poorRight next to the hotel there is a big bar with outdoor stage and extremely loud live music every evening.

The rooms are so spacious, it’s pretty quiet, the staff is friendly and helpful, loved the pool.

The beach was dirty which I think they could totally clean and the room had a musky smell.

We have stayed here before and again did not disappoint as always the staff were super friendly the rooms are a great size and the pool is awesome

Designated Smoking area can be improved.. Needs some seating & small table & Remove the Coconuts above that tree overhead. .

I really liked the room size and facilities, also the pool was good and the restaurant food was very tasty and has a great view. The staff are exceptional and friendly.

I even liked the mellow tunes coming from the baha bar.

This place is all in one... it has pool and access to the beach The sunset watching was our favorite

From answering my queries before booking up until check out and drop off at the port, it was all a pleasant experience. Exceptional customer service. We really felt taken cared of. Special shout out to the owners of the resort for picking us up at the port and dropping us of on out way back. They were very nice and accommodating.

Nice starff, super helpful and the room was clean and very big. We ended up staying an extra week, during our scuba school. Good breakfast and beautiful beach view from the restaurant every morning?

Baha Bar next door have good food and Music, but loud from 6 - 22

Lack of hot water in the shower

Like that it is right next door to BAHA nightclub, live music most nights.

The staffed there was just wonderful they helped me so many ways with booking things that I needed If i need anything in the room or whatever that was there to help me. Everyone there was just wonderful from the time I checked in to the time I checked out. I will be back
