Salamangka Resort

The staff was excellent and the property was picturesque. It was right on the water but the beach was not really sunbathing or swimming friendly. The food was reasonably priced and the pizza was really good for island pizza and definitely the best value

It is off the main road and you need to have transportation, motor bike or car, or else it is relatively expensive and time consuming to get around to see the island.

It was manageable with a rented vehicle but the resort is fairly far away from the main part of San Juan.

Great Breakfast, great staff, good value. Our room was huge, very comfortable, bathroom was also huge with an awesome shower.

Our room was presented as a "sea view" however we could hardly see the sea. The beach was just OK , nothing special.

Location, and the resort don't offer any ride. The food is terrible and expensive.

It was perfect quick stay in Siquijor, very good staff, polite, nice pool and delicious food. Perfect value booking.

Wow - this is a beautiful property. There is a gorgeous pool with a swim up bar and a beach just beyond. A nice gym and a spa (excellent massage). A brand new scuba shop has opened with the most amazing facilities. Ben is one of the best dive masters we’ve ever had the pleasure of diving with. Our room was comfortable and beautifully decorated. Everything worked (air conditioning, hot water, safe, outlets). Not always true in the Philippines!Food was pretty good at their restaurant, serving staff needs some better training, but they were kind. Go to Dolce Amore in San Juan - you won’t regret it!

Unfortunately, the location is on a very bumpy road. Not as convenient to San Juan. Ask for Christian, a Tuk Tuk driver who lives nearby. He was amazing at getting us into town and to the ferry port at the end of the trip.

Comfortable rooms, all quite clean, renovated, and great swimming pool. A special thanks to Dale, who was working at the pool bar area and was quite attentive, friendly, and professional throughout our stay.

The hotel neighbors kept burning something, bringing a lot of smoke to inside the hotel. At one point, somehow, the smoke got into our room, which disturbed our rest.I advise the management to acquire some air filters and purifiers to deal with these sorts of situations to keep the air quality within the rooms safe.
