Lawson’s Beach Resort

Very clean best ac and hot water of any hotel i stayed in the philippines the staff was very friendly and attentive and even make sure they help to order food and even picked it up for us a couple times i can't say enough about how accommodating they were

There's nothing i did not like about them but i would recommend maybe they could put a small gift shop/ t-shirt shop in the hotel i think it would be good for the hotel as well as for foreign visitors

Everything was clean and well maintained. Great access to the beach and surrounding shops.

Loved the room, the facilities and staff. Was like a western resort

Only two minor complaints, with such an impressively large shower, I was hoping strong water pressure. On the family room, it took about 10 minutes climbing up on funiture to close or open the blinds

Super clean, secluded, not over touristy spot. Its a prestine area and popular freedive spot just across their beach!

Amazing location, great restaurants/bars all within walking distance, a beachfront location with beach loungers which is rare and was amazing, very comfortable accommodations

Still under construction but we were well aware and the owners actually reached out to let us know that there would be some construction noise and set up of the pool and offered for us to cancel if we would be bothered by that which I thought was so so respectful of them, so glad we didn’t as it was great and all the staff is so friendly and accommodating, we rented scooters directly from here and it was perfect and same price as anywhere else. Currently no food service but TONS of great restaurants right close

The room was super spacious, super clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and extremely helpful always. The location of the hotel is also very near many restaurants and bars.

Not a very large beach at high tide. At low tide, beach is quite rocky

The staff was kind and accommodating. We stayed for 1 night between hotels, but we wished we could have stayed longer. The rooms are super clean, and the beds are comfy. The hotel is right on the beach.

Everything was great.

- good location with many good restaurants nearby- owners are very responsive and welcoming (max, the cute dog is a huge plus)- clean and big room , with AC not facing your head(problem i found in many ph hotels)- owner arranged me a motorbike , trycicle back to the port , all very quick and hassle free- they even have a small cute gym if u feel like working out - sandy clean beach

Staff super friendly and helpful. Excellent location right by the beach for sunset/sunrise. Organised our tour around the island and transport to ferry. 10/10 would reccomend to stay here!

Owners are attentive to all your needs,clean quiet comfortable,beautiful beach to have a cold beer and watch the sunset and can't forget max the bulldog.Cant wait for our return visit thanks again for the hospitality....God bless

Nice beach area with comfortable seating but no sunbed or tables but nice shade provided by Young PalmsIt would’ve been nice to have a cold drink delivered there, , but there was no staff to be found ,

This place is obviously managed by the owner, and it is not very professional apart from the beach. The only immunity is a gym which has always covered in drying washing.. Room was not refreshed and given all the sand that surrounds this was uncomfortable. Place is obviously shortstaffed when I mentioned my grievances with the owner he suggested stay somewhere else and even accuse me of being unfriendly for not introducing myself arrival., because how could I know he was the manager and also I think the owner is the manager to greet the client and make them aware of things. There are better places to stay landscape, gardens, and pools and nice beachfront.. this place is more like the sitcom Faulty Towers and is certainly not a Resort. We traveled to this island twice a month and stay in different hotels. This. “ guest house “ was a big disappointment.

This place was perfection, incredible white sand beach, amazing sunsets every night, wonderful accommodating hosts, beautiful rooms, nothing was lacking. Our host, Jerelyn, made me fresh pork lumpia just because i told her it was my favorite! Who does that? We will never stay anywhere else on Siguijor.

My seat got sore from all the scooter riding I did to see all of the incredible sights on the island, only $9 US for 24-hour rental. The resort took care of all the arrangements.

Clean and comfy. Beach front. Fast wifi. Near the city center, restos, bars.

Staff were amazing. Location was good great beach had a nice sunset. Cool three legged dog. The owner was very helpful.

Giant cockroach jumped out of the sink when I went to brush my teeth, and I found another one in the wardrobe

Impeccably clean-property & rooms. Beautiful beachfront property with white fine sands to swim & watch immaculate sunset!!! Adjacent to Maite Marine Sanctuary! Owners & staff are friendly & accommodating.
